Pros:

The location was convenient

Cons:

The hot and cold tap on the shower didn't work which made it very uncomfortable for myself and guest. This needs to be addressed as as possible.

Wonderful family stay
Pros:

We had a great stay here with our little daughter. Everything was spotless and exactly as we'd hoped, so we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The host was super helpful and made everything easy for us. We'd definitely stay here again the next time we visit Hounslow. Highly recommended, especially for families!

Value for money.
Pros:

Bedding was clean. Tea and coffee provided. Nice and local to visit our son. Close to town. There were a few issues, but basically if you want a central base with bed and shower, it was fine.

Cons:

The towels were clean, but appeared to have rust marks (brown/orange) on them. The hand held shower attachment was broken, needed to hold it together to use. Shelf in the shower was crooked, so unable to use. Shower temperature control knob came off in my hand. Towel rail was very rusty. The door to the bathroom opened and hit the side of the bed.

Lovely clean and the staff were brilliant. Super helpful and would definitely go back again if needed.

Cons:

It didn’t have a lift but the staff were brilliant and arranged for our bags to be carried upstairs so wasn’t a problem

Not good for the price.
Pros:

The room.wasnt clean, staff very unhelpful and impolite and too expensive for what you get the double room was tiny could barely open my Large suitcase.Due to rhe bed being too large.
Not a pleasant stay.

A cracker of place
Pros:

My stay was a last minute booking due to a cancellation of a job, so I needed a bed for the night by Heathrow. I was definitely not disappointed with my choice.
Alex, the owner/ host, was so accommodating to my requirements for the night. It wasn't that busy, so he upgraded me to a Premier room at no extra cost. The room was compact, but well presented, even down to the bespoke and very comfortable monogrammed bed linen!!!!
Alex had catered for me with a lovely homemade meal, and even stayed late to have a drink and friendly conversation late into the evening.
A little gem in a hectic part of London.

todo super bien .la cama muy confortable pero el baño un poco estrechó deberían cambiar la puerta de cristal de la ducha por una corredizas para ganar más espacio .
