Spot on .
Pros:

The staff were excellent . Alex the owner went above and beyond to help getting items back to me that I left .
Comfortable beds , clean facilities .

Cons:

Heating not working.
Bedding so bad. Pillows are flat, duvet are clumpy.
Parking was a cheating game. Charged £10 asking us to park strangers garden. It is bot a secure carport. Asked to refund the money as we have to park somewhere else got security. The area was full of vandalism.
Staff disappear without refunding the car park money start to lie saying I paid car park to booking.com. No I paid on the property.

Homestay served the purpose of being affordable and close to the airport.
Pros:

Easy access to metro.
Close to the airport.
Affordable price.
Clean bedding.
The building seemed to be clean.
Free wifi.

Cons:

No AC
Window latches were broken and did not lock. It made me feel unsecure.
Room is very small, not much room to walk around.
Shower was very small for a tall person.
Someone smoking outside caused smoke smell to enter the room.
Being close to the airport and no ac, the windows were open, and it was very loud with the planes flying in.

It was clean and staff were helpful. Wouldn't recommend a twin room to anyone though!
Pros:

Alex was very attentive. Staff were helpful. Room was clean.

Cons:

Twin room was very, very small! It was very hot, not the fault of the hotel, however with the window open it was very noisy!
Light bulb flickering in the bathroom and another bulb missing above the mirror.
Car parking on site was an extra £20, maybe I missed this extra charge in the email?

Pros:

La ubicación de hotel es excelente. A menos de 10 minutos de la estación de metro y a 15 minutos del aeropuerto de Heathrow. Fue una excelente estancia para finalizar nuestro viaje por Europa y estar cerca del aeropuerto para volver.
