Friendly staff, great location, bit of improvements to make stay even better
Pros:

Staff are so nice, particularly Alex and Michael at the front desk. Such warm entrance to the property. Nice little sit-down area downstairs and close to where I needed to be for work.

Cons:

Room could be a bit cleaner, particularly bathroom, and window in my room struggled to close so early Heathrow flights woke me up couple times.
