Pet friendly gem, with wonderful staff!
Pros:

Longtime bonvoy member decided to stay at aloft during a quick overnight to Louisville. Mckenzie checked us in cheerfully and provided local tips and info especially for travel with our pups. This property does not disappoint! So much so that we decided to stay an extra night. Steps from Whiskey row if thats what brings you town, easily walkable to Yum arena or the riversise park area too.
Hotel was really easy to find, and we were met outside by Quincy who was all smiles and with a kind offer to help us to our room with a bunch of dog stuff. He was such a pleasure.
Room was spacious, with clear clean surfaces, closet, big comfy bed, roomy shower, mini fridge, coffee maker, super efficient a/c, plentiful outlets, and a beautiful city view!
Wonderful staff made this stay so enjoyable (both days!). Thank you!

Love Aloft!
Pros:

Another wonderful stay!! We stay here every trip we make to head south to visit Family as Louisville is 1/2 way to our parents. This hotel is always Wonderful! The staff is great and so nice. The rooms are comfortable too. Check out Doc Crows across the street!! Excellent food. This time they were sweet to give us an upgrade due to the clogged sink on our previous stay 1 week earlier. Big Thanks!!

Great Place To Stay!
Pros:

First of all the front desk staff is amazing! Super helpful & super kind!!! The rooms are always comfortable and clean. We had an issue with the sink drain and they had the engineer to our room in less than 10 minutes. He wasn't able to fix it, but brought back another tool later while we were out for dinner. The hotel location is perfect for enjoying restaurants and shops. Comfy beds and pillows, spacious bathrooms. Great fitness center.

Cons:

I wish we had the time to stay longer!

Louisville is a great city and the hotel was a great representation of that.
Pros:

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the room was very clean and decorated tastefully. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It was within walking distance to all of the major attractions we hoped to see in downtown and made visiting distilleries and tasting rooms downtown easy and safe.

Quincy is my Guy!!
Pros:

First and foremost, my experiences at ALOFT Downtown Louisville is always an AMAZING experience! I’ve monthly for business and have been since August. I honestly feel like I’m family with the staff, especially Quincy. He is very prompt, attentive, and responsive with parking valet services. Above all, he is so very kind! I look forward to seeing him and having his support each visit.

Not a horrible choice but not worth the price
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. Staff was kind. Location is near some great food choices.

Cons:

Amenities tell you that it has a continental breakfast. You will find out that it does but for a fee. The pillows are horrible. Pool table is nice but the cues were broken or missing the tips. There isn't a full set of bals either. Furniture in the lobby was not kept clean. Got woken up at 3:30 in the morning for the local garbage truck outside my windows. There is no microwave in the room and the small fridge is located under the sink.
