The service was excellent and very friendly. The food & drinks were awesome too.

I have used this hotel for my "base" in Nairobi both personally and with groups for several years. I continue to return because of location, safety, comfort and mostly because of consistency in excellent service and hospitality. I give it my highest recommendation again this year after an 8-room group experience.

The restaurants both on main level with verandah dining available and the rooftop option are unique and offer a creative menu. There is a wonderful breakfast buffet with handcrafted specialty Kenyan coffees and a team of personable and professional servers like Benard. Having daily breakfast in the midst of beautiful natural surroundings with the breezes flowing is exceptional.

The front desk and sales people are outstanding including Emeline and Mary. The floor-based housekeeping staff does excellent and thorough work every day including Lucas.

The rooms are comfortable, with excellent showers and top level mattresses on the beds. There is a decent work desk and comfortable chair as well.

I was able to meet the local General Manager and the Marriott Global Account Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa in this stay and told them both of my appreciation for this hotel.

One of our group this visit put it best as we pulled up to the hotel one evening after another long day - "it's good to be home." It's how I feel at this "base" in Nairobi when visiting. I highly recommend it.

Rooms were ok, but room 603 was right below the restaurant so hard to sleep
With chairs being scraped until late on the evening, making a lot of noisy in the room. Meant to be an upgrade, but seems unlikely! Breakfast was not good - avocado on toast was tiny, and just guacamole, not fresh avocado. Staff were friendly, hence the two stars.

Some of the most hospitable staff I have seen. The front desk is excellent. This is not the first time I've stayed here before. I will always stay here while in Nairobi.

Dined at Mezze. Beautiful ambience, loved my vegetarian meal, my sister says the salmon is to die for. The service, impeccable is the word that comes to mind. We were served by Cindy. She was kind, courteous, witty and helpful! 10/10 for her.

The location is very nice. Near to a supermarket, currency exchange, pharmacy just walking distance from the hotel. Ambience is chill. Nice facilities. Rooms are always clean. Obe of rhe best is the staff and management, soecially Ms Everline that always make sure guests are satsified. Real great value of.money

This is a wonderful place. Very easily accessible with wonderful services offered. Not to mention the sweet meals and the quiet serene.
