Not a good place for couples
Pros:

My husband went to the restaurant at night for a drink as I was in the room and a lady came to harass him even though he told her firmly that he wasn’t interested in prostitutes. The management didn’t even kick this lady out when my husband complained. I had to give them a piece of my mind and we proceeded to Kempinsky. It’s such a low class place. Don’t book.

Perpetual and the entire staff was wonderful

The entire staff was wonderful on our visit with an extra special thanks to Perpetual who was wonderful and extremely attentive our needs during our stay....thank you to ALL at Four Points In Nairobi

Great hotel near airport with transportation
Pros:

Stayed here on our arrival to Kenya for Safari. They have a great shuttle service which we arranged before we left the US. They were outside of customs waiting for us with our name on their sign. The hotel is close to airport and has two great restaurants. Breakfast is awesome. Not your typical buffet. Had dinner on top floor and was able to rest at the pool before our safari. WE also stopped by here for a few hours after the safari and they were able to take us to the airport for our midnight flight. Rooms are clean and the service is excellent.

Stay was adequate , unfortunate ending when it come to payment
Pros:

Got charged twice from my bank account for room rates, hotel refunded online to my bank account and told me the money would be back my account immediately after they maid refund transaction , however this is not the case, I have since found out it will take at least 3 working days to become available funds in my account, typical high end hotel rip off in conjunction with there bank , will never stay there again and will notify all my business associates about this, booking.com had said that I would pay on arrival at premises , however room payment had gone out of my account 24 hours earlier before I arrived at premises ( very misleading information given by booking .com)

The perfect homebase for a week-plus in Nairobi
Pros:

Located in the residential, walkable Kilimani neighborhood, this hotel is an ideal base from which to explore Nairobi. The staff are super-friendly and helpfully answer questions as needed. The property has all the key amenities: A rooftop pool and gym, two restaurants AND a gelato cart. The food is delicious, and we had our favorite dawa in Nairobi there. Most Uber rides from the hotel to other city neighborhoods / sites were in the 500 KSH range. And there are tons of restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance.
