Got charged twice from my bank account for room rates, hotel refunded online to my bank account and told me the money would be back my account immediately after they maid refund transaction , however this is not the case, I have since found out it will take at least 3 working days to become available funds in my account, typical high end hotel rip off in conjunction with there bank , will never stay there again and will notify all my business associates about this, booking.com had said that I would pay on arrival at premises , however room payment had gone out of my account 24 hours earlier before I arrived at premises ( very misleading information given by booking .com)

Located in the residential, walkable Kilimani neighborhood, this hotel is an ideal base from which to explore Nairobi. The staff are super-friendly and helpfully answer questions as needed. The property has all the key amenities: A rooftop pool and gym, two restaurants AND a gelato cart. The food is delicious, and we had our favorite dawa in Nairobi there. Most Uber rides from the hotel to other city neighborhoods / sites were in the 500 KSH range. And there are tons of restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance.

We got into the hotel on the 6th of January by midnight and we were to leave for lagos by 6pm same day. I was under the weather and couldn’t take anything. My husband informed the hotel food manger, her name is Grace and they sent a plate of fresh fruits and orange juice to our room. I was pleasantly surprised that they took that into consideration. When it was time for lunch she notice where we were seated and asked how my tummy was feeling I said Okay but still had a little discomfort she went to the bar and asked for this drink called angostura aromatic bitters mixed it with soda water and gave it to me. It made world of difference. My tummy settled down and I was able to have my lunch. Grace ( the food manager)thank you for the care and concern. I really appreciate. We were also taken care of by shoeb ( hope I spelt the name correctly🙊) sorry if I didn’t he was the duty Manager. He went out of his way to make sure my husband and I were comfortable and that we got to the airport safely and one time. We had a good experience and we look forward to visiting again and for much longer.Thank you for the care I appreciate.

Imagine you arrive at the hotel for a 5-day conference, and the very first day ends up having a very bad back pain. That was my condition when I came here, and to my surprise, the hotel staff was so supportive. A guy at the reception by the name of Ezekiel, very much standing to the true meaning of his name, helped me. The hotel admin changed my mattress immediately, and Ezekiel also gave me a back massage and helped me a lot. Apart from this, the breakfast buffet, the dinner, and the drinks were amazing. I loved each and every bit of my stay here. I think this hotel is going to be my go-to place whenever I come to Nairobi. If you are visiting Nairobi and want a great experience, this hotel is a perfect choice. Ask for Ezekiel if you face any problem, and all your problems will be solved.

This hotel manager, Shoeb trains his employee very well. All staff provide good service with friendly smile !

Especially, the hotel staff, Ezekiel was so nice. What he did was not just brought our heavy baggage, but also play with my son !

My son was so happy and had great memory due to his this amazing service.

It would be the highly recommended hotel if they could keep the same quality like same as today :)

Stayed for one night after landing in Nairobi before leaving the next morning for safari. Rooms were very clean, and we felt very safe. When our driver to take us to Wilson airport didn't show up in the morning, the hotel quickly improvised and was able to get us to Wilson airport so we did not miss our flight. They also made us coffee and pastries to go in the morning before breakfast service started. Would recommend!

The staff were amazing

Make sure to review your credit card statement after staying here. I was charged twice for my hotel stay and reached out to the Marriott Customer services to assist. After providing screenshots of my statement to the hotel manager, they stopped responding and I have yet to hear back from them. I had to open up a dispute with my credit card provider to get the charge reversed.

Perpetual is one of the person wgo greets with very high energy , everytime i visit :)
