This hotel is a mess
Pros:

Бассейн и баня хорошие, особенно, когда мало людей. Апартаменты (в которые нас заселили, потому что 4 человека не помещаются в тот номер, который нам продали) удобные, просторные.

Cons:

Забронировали номер на 4 персоны, заселились - в номере всё для 3 и там нету места для extra bed. Сказали, что Booking прислал инфу про triple room. Предлогали за дополнительную плату комнату побольше. Потом парень с регистрации пошёл на встречу и заселил нас в апартаменты бесплатно.
Завтрак - мы приходили в 9.00 и в 9.30, попадали на остатки завтрака, кружек не было, стаканы все в пятнах и плохо помытые.
В шкафу весит сумка для полотенца, чтоб идти в спа, главное не заберайте её :) это стоит 30€.
Короче - команда менеджмента очень нуждаются в профессиональной помощи, так как сами не справляются.
