Pros:

The staff was nice & friendly. The breakfast was great. The location is good, it's easy to find.

Cons:

The facilities are old, the bed is old, the walls are dirty, I think it's time to update. The breakfast was slow to be refilled. Some of them were empty for quite awhile.

Pros:

Kleine häuschen mit ruhigen zimmer. Austattung reicht völlig. Restaurant pool anlage sehr vielfältig.

جمال الطبيعه والهدوء
Pros:

يقع المنتجع وسط الغابه والأشجار وبه مسطحات خضراء كبيرة وجميله و إدارة الفندق كانت متعاونه حيث طلبنا تغيير الغرفه لانه هناك مستأجرين بجانب غرفتنا مدرسة إعدادية في هناك صخب كثير من الأطفال ، والمكان هادئ ينفع للاستجمام والبعد عن الضوضاء.

غرف المنتجع قديمه جداجدا والأثاث قديم أرجو تجديده لكي يتماشى مع جمال الطبيعه المحيطة بالمنتجع ، وبالنسبه للنظافه متوسطة تحتاج لإهتمام أكثر.

كل شي ممتاز . ملاحظة الفندق بدون مكيفات لكن الجو بارد جدا مايحتاج و طلبت مروحة لوقت الظهر و العصر ووفروها .

كنت ماخذة غرفة على الشارع لان الفندق كبيير جدا و الغرف داخلة داخل الحدايق قلت اريح عالشارع لكن الوضع كان ازعاج جدا جدا اصوات الدبابات و السيارات و الهاوس كيبنق شي مو طبيعي لان مافي مكيفات فالاصوات واضحة جدا لكن لمن كلمتهم بدلولي مباشرة الغرفة بجناح داخلي اكبر وبدون اضافة اي تكلفة

Disappointed. Only the strategic location and the cold temperature are good.

Cons:

Everything is old. Old buildings, old towels, old bedsheets. You should've changed them. This is awful for a 4 star hotel. Mediocre breakfast.

Pros:

The staff was lovely and accommodating, breakfast nice options.

Cons:

Got upgraded to a room, does not look like the pictures at all. Bathroom smelled weird and dust was thick. The sockets didn't work only one did but u had to angle it a certain way. Facilities were not complete.
