Pros:

チェックインに時間が掛かりすぎるのと朝食付きでの予約だったのに、確認するといって長い時間待たされる始末。外国人が少ないせいかサービスは二流。

無料シャトルバスは来ないのでブッキングしても無駄。清掃が毎日午前中に来るのは早すぎる。部屋まで遠い。

One of the worst 5-star hotels I stayed in
Pros:

It seems that the hotel is poorly managed. We arrived in the evening and ordered an in-room dining. We were promised the food in 30 minutes, but instead it took more than an hour to get it. The food was disgusting, the chefs obviously do not even know how to make the most simple salads (such as Garden or Caesar), not to say mushroom soup. There is a construction site not far from the hotel, and also in the yard, and they started drilling at 8am on Saturday, and continued to do so on Sunday. When we arrived at breakfast (do not expect anything special, most likely you will get cold porridge), we ask to be seated in a quiet place, and in a minute a family with two small children was seated next to us by the waiter. The shower in the room did not work (it was repaired after I asked), the batteries in TV remote control were out of power. The housekeeping changed toothbrushes and shampoo every day, even though there was no necessity in such a waste. I would definitely recommend Crowne Plaza to look closer at the property.
