Cons:

Poor Service , Poor Location So many bikes at Entrance. Difficult access. Rooms have Damp/Moist smell. Not recommended.

Pros:

Great location in the city centre, and the room was clean and modern.

Cons:

The rooftop was under construction from 9 in the morning till 9 in the evening. There were constantly heavy machines being used throughout the day. So we could not really use our private terras, due to the noise and dust. Also in our room the noise was very noticeable.

Decent Stay but less value for money
Pros:

1) The location was great.
2) Food served was always hot.
3) Cleanliness was maintained.
4) The staff was friendly and courteous.
5) Liked the morning flute being played in the hotel.

Cons:

1) Location only accessible via autos or two wheelers.
2) Only two or three options for the breakfast which is costly compared to other hotels
3) No cupboard in the heritage room.
4) Bedsheets were torn.
5) Very small washroom in the heritage room.

The photos did not represent the property at all. The price was not representative of the quality of the property. The little pool that they had (even if you could call it a pool) was not working. They did not even let us know that the pool was not working in advance.

Communication issues with the hotel staff.
Pros:

The hotel has a very charming terracota decoration. The bed is very clean and comfortable. Nice swimming pool and good location.

Cons:

Communication with this hotel is impossible. I tried to reach them on the phone, via email. Nobody replied. Booking also tried to contact them unsuccessfully, creating a big inconvenient. Once you book with them they send you a message requesting you a bank transfer or your booking might be cancelled, and that's the only message you get from them. They say their reception is open 24h but I arrived late in the night and took me a while to make them open me the door as the receptionists were sleeping on the floor. Let's be more professional!
