Disappointing for the money in a not attractive location.
Pros:

Size of the room. Quiet location

Cons:

Check in front desk person not welcoming or helpful. Boxes in hallway. Stains in carpet and sofa. Dirty dishes. No cutlery. Thermostat not working. Broken sink. 75$ for one night one pet!!! Overall dated and not well maintained.

We picked this hotel because it provided kitchen amenities. The furniture was scratched and the linens looked old. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable - it actually hurt my back. We checked out five days ago and I am still recovering from the discomfort. I found the price to be way over what it should have been, considering the condition of the room. We also wanted to point out that the staff person behind the front desk never greeted us when we entered the hotel. They basically hid behind the desk. A very unwelcoming experience.

Disappointing
Pros:

The hotel was pretty typical for a Homewood Suites -- my only real complaint was that my room's bathroom door was mis-installed so that it swung shut as soon as you let go of it. A bigger problem was the lack of food beyond fairly -low-end fast food in the area. It certainly wasn't terrible, but I'll try to avoid this location in the future.
