Relax e tranquillità
Pros:

un maso magistralmente ristrutturato in una posizione tranquilla ha pienamente rispecchiato quello che cercavamo.
Piatti ottimi, una colazione anche oltre le aspettative, staff gentile cordiale e disponibile, non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio

Cons:

Per un nuovo cliente mai stato prima in struttura, decidere la prima colazione entro le 18 della sera precedente è un pò difficoltoso perchè non si conoscono le porzioni e si rischia di ordinare troppo cibo. Già il secondo giorno abbiamo preso meglio le misure conoscendo le varie dimensioni e la quantità. Giusto una piccolezza che ovviamente non influisce sul giudizio complessivo.

Everything was perfect. Location, food, service, rooms are in highest level. I totally recommend this hotel. We will come back.

A good place to stay for a skiing vacation!
Pros:

Very friendly staff, trying their best to speak English so the whole stay was a breeze. Good facilities, good food, long wine list and a good location too in a quiet place near to the main town. Most things were arranged via whatsapp so pretty convenient and up to date, when some issues came up we texted and got answer pretty quickly. The staff was helpful if something came up and tried helping as much as possible.

Cons:

The heating was being turned on/off randomly so drying soaked wet skiing clothes was a real challenge. This should not be the case at least in the bathroom. We tried asking at the reception and for a few hours it was turned on, and turned off just before bed time.. Changing thermostat values did not do anything..
Some minor things:
The door card "Do not disturb" was ignored almost every time so the room got cleaned every day. Not very bad in general but the sign is to indicate our choice.
The reception is not working from 12 to 15 and if the room card is not working, and this is what happened to us, you cannot get in.. This was fixed after speaking with a friendly receptionist later on.
So because of those two it is an 8 point score, which could easily be a ten.
