Pros:

朝食は種類も多く美味しかった。
2日目以降は食事会場のアナウンスがなく毎回確認、部屋番号を伝えないといけなかった。
受付にはチケットもあったがなぜかもらえなかった。
立地は中国国境や飲食街も近く移動に便利でした。

overall good except for the smell
Pros:

I requested a nonsmoking room but had unpleasant smell of a cigarette. If you are very sensitive with this kind of smell, i would not recommend. However, the staffs were very helpful and provided right advice.

Pros:

Nachtje uitrusten, er is niks te beleven in Lao Cai, wij waren op doorreis. Lao is grensplaats Vietnam/ China.wij moesten om 6 uur weer op pad, men had keurig ontbijtbox gemaakt.

Pros:

Terrible service , empty hotel with the worst breakfast ever !!!!. To get one grilled steak took more than 50 min , I had to cancel after 50 min waiting time!!!!!.

Pros:

비교적 깨끗하고 좋았으나 사파까지의 거리가 너무 멀어 불편했습니다. 사파주변인줄로 착각한 나의 실수도 있었지만 사파와는 전혀 다른 지역이어서 사파에서 한참을 헤메다가 다시 돌아와 숙박을 했습니다. 라오카이라는 말이 현지에 도착해서야 알았군요

Bad Service!!!!!
Pros:

We requested to clean room but they did not. When we asked receptionist, they afirmed that room had been cleaned. Then, housekeepers came and asked us to hang out for 20 mins. After 40mins, I questioned recept whether they finished or not? I was being tired and sleepy. They told me that their staff has finished for a while.
However, when I came to bed, Bedcover and pillowcase were still dirty and not replaced by new ones. Suprisingly, glasses in bathroom was not cleaned, they had stains in the bottom. I really got angry and asked for explain.
The morning after, the Supervisor of Housekeeper came and asked for taking photos for evidence. She Also got angry after looking at bed and bathroom and apologized for not convenience. But Housekeepers were rude while they was talking to guest and their Supervisor.
Morever, Expedia asked for hotel review after staying at there, I complained for the dirty room but the representative from hotel replied us like we told lies.
Bad service!!!

생긴지 얼마 안되서 그런지 눈이 너무 따거웠습니다.
나머진 너무 친절했구요.
