临近大巴站的好住处
Pros:

就在ado巴士站对面，适合倒车的朋友。一对夫妻是老板的样子，酒店有点旧旧的，但是设施都有且正常运转，洗澡水意外的很大，送的肥皂也很喜欢。性价比高，总体超出预期的满意。

Urge mantenimiento, habitaciones muy deterioradas. Alto valor historico dejándose perder, abandonado

El personal es muy amable, las areas comunes estan aceptables, pero las habitaciones estan totalmente descuidadas. Ropa de cama y blancos bien, pero muy dura la cama. Almohadas viejas. Tiene estacionamiento sin costo. Aceptan mascotas, aunque no tan amistosamente.

Cons:

La habitación que nos dieron en un inicio estaba muy sucia y descuidada, con un aire acondicionado obsoleto y peligroso por el nulo mantenimiento. Solicitamos el cambio de habitación y nos dieron la contigüa, que ya tenia un aire nuevo, pero igualmente muy descuidadas las habitaciones, sin cabeceras, muy sucio el box, las paredes, las ventanas, el baño sin mantenimiento. La sensacion muy claustrofobica. Lo triste es que realmente el hotel estaba casi vacío y vimos habitaciones en mucho mejor estado.
La zona de la alberca esta totalmente descuidada, casi abandonada.
La ubicación si bien es céntrica se ocupa vehiculo o caminar unos 15 minutos para llegar al centro donde esta lo turistico.
El precio alto para lo que ofrece.
Desayuno por 175mxn extra, pasable pero no destacado. Eso si super atentas las chicas de restaurante y personal.

Room and bathroom were immaculately clean. 24-hour reception staff friendly and helpful, even when we needed to checkin for a last minute booking at 2am. Ok location 20 minutes walk into centre of CBD. Eateries and laundromat around the corner.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, llegas al palacio caminando, hay variedad de lugares alrededor para comer.

Cons:

Van dos veces que me hospedó y no han solucionado el servicio de cable, por lo menos que se tenga televisión abierta para ver noticias, programas o películas.
