Hotel elegante con vistas bonitas
Pros:

מלון במיקום מושלם , זאת הנקודה החיובית , מעבר לכך מלון בסיסי ביותר ברמה נמוכה , חדרים קטנים ולא מתאימים לזוג , ריהוט בחדר מיושן , זרימת מים במקלחת חלשה , לא ניקו חדר אפילו באופן בסיסי של איסוף לכלוך , חייב לצין שצוות המלון שירותי ומנסה לעזור , לסיכום לצערי לא ממליץ

住宿地點非常好，房間窗外就可以看見櫻島全景，有提供洗衣機、烘衣機、飲水機、販賣機，樓下就是便利商店，非常方便。

Kagoshima ist eine spannende Stadt mit wunderbarem Park und Vulkan eine Reise wert
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof und wunderbare Sicht auf den Vulkan.
Freundliches Personal beim Empfang. Super war die Dusche.

Cons:

Sehr kleines Zimmer.

- kleine Zimmer (Standard in Japan)
- der Geruch des Hotels hat mich stark irritiert, nehme an andere mögen diesen Raumduft

最高のホテルです！
Pros:

鹿児島中央駅から徒歩圏内であり、雨でも濡れずに
移動が出来ます。何と言っても、ホテルの階下に空港バスターミナル発着所がある点がいちばんの利点です。館内に入った途端、アロマの香りがして移動の疲れが吹き飛ぶような感覚を感じました。

チェックイン、アウト時のフロントスタッフの方の優しく穏やかな笑顔と対応にも心和みました。

今回、時間の都合により、レストランを利用することが出来なかったのですが、是非次回利用したいと思います。

Pros:

The hotel was in a good location: close to the Shinkansen station. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and polite.

Cons:

The check-in process was not smooth. Was told to use the automated system via the machine but there was an issue. The clerk then had to go to a computer to fix things but instead of just checking us in, she re-directed us back to the machine to try again. We were able to complete checking in. Also, later that day we asked a clerk to help us book a dinner reservation for the following night. We told them the restaurant we wanted to go to and they said that restaurant does not take reservations. We would have to go to the restaurant and line up. We ended up going to the restaurant and they asked if we had a reservation. Since we didn't, they were not able to accommodate us. A little disappointing.

位置超好, 要去接駁往機場或是車站都不用淋雨, 又很近, 樓下又有Lawson解決很多問題, view 能直看火山, 不出門待在飯店也值得

空間太狹小, 床也許能有queen以上, 我們有推車, 行李箱, 很不方便

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Das Badezimmer verfügte über einen zusätzlichen "Raum" in dem eine begehbare Dusche und eine kleine Badewanne waren. Der Ausblick war einfach klasse! Wir haben einen super Ausblick auf das Riesenrad und den Bahnhof gehabt, da unser Zimmer im 14. Stock war.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
