Best hotel and best location in Kagoshima
Pros:

Excellent location in Kagoshima. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall, good maintenance and service. This is our third stay and we will stay again in the future.

Cons:

The breakfasts are boring and the same daily. Salad greens lack lettuce. They currently have coffee pots with regular, weak coffee. A coffee machine with various choices would enhance the experience. Rooms need touch up staining on frayed edges.

鹿児島出張の際はいつもこちらを利用していましたが、サービスが下がった気がします。通常料金なら他のホテルにするかもしれません。
Pros:

鹿児島空港行きのバスターミナルと直結で移動に便利でした。荷物はコインロッカーではないけれど、セルフロッカーというものがあり、助かりました。

Cons:

以前はペットボトルの飲料水がサービスで置いてあったのですが、エコという名目で各フロアにウォーターサーバーが設置され、自分で撮りに行くスタイル。正直、面倒だし、ペットボトルサービスへ戻して欲しいです。

Great hotel near the airport bus and train station
Pros:

Perfect location for the airport bus which is directly next to the hotel, and train station across the road. Compact room with private bathroom including shower and small bath, and everything you need. Polite and attentive staff on the front desk.

또 방문하고 싶는 호텔!
Pros:

위치는 가고시마중앙역 앞이라 신칸센, 시덴, 버스타기 너무 좋아요. 옆에 이온몰도 있어서 너무 좋습니다
직원들도 친절하고 화장실이랑 욕조랑 따로 있어서 좋았고 침대도 편안했어요. 베개도 낮은거 높은거 2개 있는 덕분에 잘 잤습니다
아침도 맛있고! 다음에 또 가고시마시내에 간다면 여기에 묵을 예정입니다:)
