Excellent stay and great breakfast. Friendly staff 9 out of 10.
Pros:

Location is excellent, you can walk underground to the hotel. The view is excellent city view and the room is nice and clean. Bathroom is good in Japanese Hotel Standard. Very friendly staff and check in was easy.
The best is the breakfast, very surprised, one of the best hotel breakfast I had.

Zentrale Unterkunft mit Vulkanblick
Pros:

Gegenüber von Kagoshima-chuo, also sehr zentral, Supermarkt und Foodcourt im Gebäude, Öffis vor der Haustüre. Blick auf den Sakurajima war magisch! Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl und Sicht auf Bahnhof und das Riesenrad, Personal sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Badezimmer im Vergleich zum Zimmer riesig!

Zimmer sehr klein, aber funktional.

第一次住西鐵飯店，感覺很好，以後會優先考慮。
Pros:

地點非常方便，火車站對面，走地下通道過來就可抵達電梯口， 同棟一樓後面就可搭機場shuttle bus，樓下有Lawson ，Aeon 就在隔壁棟， Lobby在7樓，非常明亮，要不是颱風天，從大片落地窗就可看到櫻島。Staff很友善，早餐很棒，選擇多，新鮮美味。轉角房間夠大，線路開關配置有設計，用起來很順手。靠窗長沙發很舒適，窗外看出去就是摩天輪和車站前， 床頭上方開窗，採光有巧思。

Cons:

遇到颱風，連住三天，刻意跳過第二天早餐，結果第一和第三天早餐菜色都差不多，只有甜點有些變化。不過，還是很美味。

コンセント以外は最高の環境でした、ありがとうございます。
Pros:

他のホテルより、廊下を歩く音などがそんなにしなかった。

Cons:

コンセントの電力不足でケトルが使用出来なく、フロントへ確認して別の差込口を使用した、先に案内して欲しかったです。

Pros:

Das Zimmer war, wie beschrieben, ca. 18 m2 groß. Aber davon hat mehr als die Hälfte das Badezimmer + WC eingenommen. Also im Endeffekt war das Zimmer WIRKLICH sehr klein und wir wussten nicht wie wir unsere Koffer auspacken sollten... Dadurch auch die Luft sehr schlecht beim Schlafen. Die Aussicht auf denMount Sakurajima war perfekt. Frühstück auch sehr gut!
