The beach view room had a great view, which enhanced the aesthetics of the stay

Friendly Staff and room was cleaned daily.

The outside, views, and location great. But inside the rooms are awful. Mold on bed frame and ceilings. Water marks and molds in bathrooms and some part of the building

Quite a lot of the fittings and fixtures inside the rooms need fixing and replacement. That’s the only downside during my stay.

Great staff that genuinely care about its clients. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our stay. It is the only hotel/resort I know in Takoradi that will move mountains to make you a meal well after 12 midnight when almost all business are closed. My wife was starving and they did not complain. My suggestion, the Atlantic pizza with crispy bacon not ham, leave out the bell peppers. The other would be the Atlantic Grouper grilled spicy fish (trust me it’s not that spicy but great flavor). Ask for double of the green spicy pepper on the side instead of the green and black pepper combo. For the Grouper side, choose fried rice with the grilled veggies. Finally if you want something light, the beef shawarma with crispy fry’s is awesome. Stick with the bottled organic orange juice and 750ml Volta water for drinks. Of course they serve hard drinks as well. As for the pool, it’s kept clean, and the staff work around the clock to make sure you feel comfortable and safe. 5 stars all around. Room I stayed in was the Deluxe Room which I recommend and the best deal is on Expedia full-stop.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice looking property, lovely room, we had a very enjoyable stay. Restaurant service was slow, but other than that was a positive experience at western serene atlantic

Very friendly staff

Clean, pool was clean. Bed and apartment was great stay.

The room was large and comfortable. The bed was excellennt for 2 seniors with bad backs. The only problem was glass bathroom door stuck in the framme and did not close. Also translucent bathroom door let too much ligjt into the bedroom at night. Breakfast buffetbwas lovely. Dinner menu good and cooked to my specifications. We will stay hete again.

It is a peaceful location with views of the Atlantic. The staff was especially nice. Besides a few minor issues, it was a great place to stay.

Best place to stay in Takoradi

We booked and paid for 2 chalets via hotels.com but were given standard rooms when we arrived the hotel. We were told by the hotel that chalets were fully booked with no form of refund or whatsoever.
