We will always stay at this hotel when visiting Eastbourne lovely people great hotel
Pros:

The people who run this hotel are so lovely and welcoming we had the best stay a Beautiful room with a comfy bed we could not ask for more thank you so much we will be back again soon

Do not book this place- terrible
Pros:

Receptionist was ok

Cons:

Bed was squeaky and broken, I opened the window and it wouldn’t shut and came off the latch cause it had rotted. Bedroom was smelly and dirty and under the bed it wasn’t hoovered for years

Location good, but due to being close to pier, fairly noisy outside at night

Very budget hotel needs a serious update. Area didn’t feel safe wouldn’t visit again.
Pros:

Location 12 minutes from the train station.

Cons:

Didn’t feel safe in the area. Lots of noise at night especially in the room above us and outside.

Horrible druggies everywhere and fighting
Pros:

Breakfast not available no dining tables. The hotel advertised was obviously when previous owners had it. We were really not very happy about the state of the place. Black stuff coming out of so called on suites cold tap.it advertised breakfast for £15 per person beautiful pictures on your site
.Just not what it says on the tin.

Was suitable for need
Pros:

Location good for pier and walk along the front,No .restaurant so needed to find breakfast and dinner locally.

Cons:

Used tissues and plastic bottle behind the bed..There were no toilet rolls in public toilets.seemed run down.no restaurant open for the weekend.no Wi-Fi in bedroom.
