One of my best hotel experiences
Pros:

Due to very few bookings, the hotel redirected bookings to another hotel in their alliance, the Kalliohovi. There, everything was great: my desire for a room facing south was taken seriously and I got one, the sauna was great, the breakfast outstanding and prepared just lovely, the room was clean and all facilities worked perfectly. I could also store my luggage and even put a box in the fridge on my last day. I highly recommend this place!

Cons:

The location was farther from the center than my original booking, but still walkable.
