Good location - somewhat rude staff.
Pros:

The room is big - bit dated design but serves its purpose. The staff on the main desk were helpful. The location is good because its near central but not very busy with traffic noise.

Cons:

A very rude lady and aggressive lady in the restaurant that doesn't speak English and just speaks Spanish regardless of whether you understand her or not - tried to charge me for breakfast even though I had paid for it in advance- had an argument with the staff in the hotel over it. She was also rude when I went in to order food (before the breakfast incident) and ignored me so I left. There are also no nets in the room so if the curtain is open then other people from neighbouring buildings can and will look into your room.

Los recepcionistas incluyendo el "jefe" son increiblemente groseros

Empezando de tener pedido varias vezes una habitacion con mejor vista por caudas de ruidos, pedi tener una habitacion con jacuzzi y pagar diferencia, el jefe dijo que ellos nos rentan esta habitacion pues consume mucho agua.



igualmente la zona no esta limpia, y no hay muchas opciones de compra o restaurantes.

Pros:

Me encantó que es grande la habitación , tiene un gran baño, todo es muy limpio y tienen valet parking, las personas en el hotel son muy amables

Cons:

La cama era muy dura,el lugar esta un poco antiguo, aunque están remodelando el hotel lo cual es un punto positivo.
