Excellent hôtel très bien placé au cœur de Rennes
Pros:

L’hôtel est excellemment bien placé en plein cœur de Rennes. On peut découvrir la ville à pied sans soucis, même avec un enfant. Il y a les transports en commun si besoin, c’est direct en bus en venant de l’aéroport, 30 mins environ. L’hôtel a un second immeuble juste à côté avec des petits appartements d’appoints très bien équipés. Le personnel est charmant et tjs a dispo si besoin. Je recommande sans réserves et y retournerait si l’occasion m’est donnée.

Excellent séjour au centre ville de Rennes
Pros:

Literie très confortable, emplacement central, très bien décoré et propre.

Cons:

Les portes des chambres attenantes sont à quelques centimètres les unes des autres, ce qui fait inévitablement du bruit lorsqu'elles se ferment.

Nice apartment for cooler weather.
Pros:

The location was fantastic and the apartment was stocked with what we needed. The bed was also very comfortable. The daily housekeeping and coffee were additional benefits. The minibar items were reasonably priced.

Cons:

We were in the Hermione Apartment which did not have AC. It was also right above a popular restaurant which meant opening the windows also let in the sound of noisy restaurant patrons. Thank goodness for earplugs and being exhausted from travels.

Lieu idéal pour visiter le centre ville
Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute

Cons:

Le sol n'est pas droit et m'a provoqué nausées et vertiges. La proposition de changer de chambre ne m'a pas convaincu puisque que la seconde était pire en terme de sensations de vertiges.

À force de radiner sur l’entretien… va perdre ses atouts
Pros:

Très bien situé dans le centre de Rennes

Cons:

L’accueil très froid et peu sympathique, en particulier de la directrice de l’hôtel.

Douche froide le premier jour « ah ben oui, comme pour tout l’hôtel, j’ai redémarré la chaudière, dans une heure ça sera bon ». Pas un mot pour se dire désolé !

La housse d’un coussin dans la chambre usée jusqu’à la corde ! Ça doit coûter de la changer …
