Pros:

For the price I paid the room was really nice. The location was walking convenient to restaurants and home improvement shops. It was close to the highway which was convenient for me and parking was good.

Cons:

They seemed to mind their own business but a high number of lottiers on the property, just hanging outside. Might be intimidating for others, might be a reflection of the area. The check in process was a little time consuming waiting for someone to show up at the window, I understand it was after hours

Nice bed

Cons:

The lady at the front didn't seem to know what she was doing. I paid for it with my card the card reader said approved. She said it didn't go through and had be do it again so she charge me twice for one night. They said it will take 24 to 48 hours to get my money back. Yet I'm pass the 48 hours point and don't have my money back yet.

It needs to hire people who actually care not just looks good on paper.
Pros:

The best thing about this property is it has a tub.

Cons:

The staff is rude as ever. Both the AGM and staff of a darker toned lady currently with burgundy hair. Upon check in ( burgundy hair) charged me a hidden fee. She could’ve explained. She waved me off. I told the AGM. I’m allergic to bleach. Therefore, I didn’t need housekeeping. She was combative about someone going in my room. Upon check out. AGM asked the obvious and locked our cards before 11am. I actually had to get an attitude at this point. I left due to poor service and understanding. It would also be nice to have a dolly for an extended stay location.
