Superou minhas expectativas
Pros:

A localização do hotel é muito cômoda, perto de shopping e restaurantes, e das principais avenidas da cidade. A equipe é muito simpática solícita. O café da manhã é completo e saboroso. O quarto é bem limpo diariamente, a cama é confortável, e os lençóis e toalhas limpos e aconchegantes. O banheiro tem um chuveiro ótimo com boa pressão d'água e água bem quente.

Cons:

Não há do que reclamar do hotel. Nem da equipe, das instalações, ou de demais aspectos do local. Superou minhas expectativas. Mesmo sendo um hotel sem luxos é de um ótimo custo benefício.

Cons:

Registro um estranhamento, uma ausência.

No refeitório, há uma parede com fotografias do Papa João Paulo II e do atual Papa Leão XIV e, entre os dois, uma imagem de Jesus Cristo. Estranhei a ausência de um quadro do Papa Francisco, uma figura admirada até mesmo por muitos não católicos e ateus.

Um hotel recebe hóspedes de todos os credos — e também de quem não professa nenhum. Fiquei me perguntando o motivo dessa ausência. Seriam os proprietários parte daqueles que chamavam Francisco de "comunista"? Não sei. Mas a ausência do Papa Francisco não me transmitiu uma boa sensação.
