Staff were friendly, helpful answered all my questions and gave me valuable info on where to shop eat and get my camera fixed. They knew there city!;

Amazing Lil hotel!! The stuff is awesome very helpful on everything!!!! Especially Anna she was amazing!!!! She did a great job helping me out setting my tour etc etc but the whole staff were awesome!!! I will definitely recommend to anyone!!!! This hotel is in a great location, location, location!!!!! So many stuff at walking distance ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

위치가 매우 좋습니다. 하지만 호텔은 매우 좁고 가격이 싼만큼 싼 퀄러티 입니다. 잠깐 잘거면 좋아요.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially with helping book tours and transportation. The facilities however were not great, but they were fine for a couple nights. We brought up the faulty sinks and shower heads with the staff who fixed them promptly.

This hostel is situated in the heart of the Old Quarter and everything is walkable! The staff is super helpful and friendly in helping to direct your itinerary.

ホテルの方はみんな優しく、英語が話せない私にも頑張って伝えようとしたりしてくれました。ツアーや送迎についても素早く対応してくれて、満足でした。また、清潔感があり、良かったです。施設、人、含めてとてもいいホテルだと思います。

どのスタッフの方も笑顔が素敵で好印象です。朝食はメニューから選ぶことができ、食べたいと思っていたベトナム料理が食べられました。ロケーションも良く、市場や湖、行きたかったお店からも徒歩圏内でした。アメニティやサービス、清潔さ、値段などどれを取っても満足です。また泊まりたいと思えるホテルです。部屋に飾られていたバラが生花で驚きました。

Chambre très propre, grand lit, tout confort, personnel très sympathique et serviable. Bon rapport qualité prix (nous avions payé 40 euros les deux nuit pour une chambre double). Bonne situation, en plein cœur de la vieille ville, sur une intersection plutôt calme.
Seul bémol : la wifi fonctionne mal dans la chambre.

This place was def to go to next time or every time. Very convenient to everything and a walking distance. Plus the staffs are friendly and will go out of their way to help you with everything!

Really friendly staff, small but great hostel , I stayed in a dorm which was comfortable and clean, great value for money- especially the breakfast which was included in the price 👍

Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Daarnaast is het schoon en comfortabel. Zeker een aanrader!

ホアンキエム湖にもすぐいけますし、夜市にもすぐに行けて、とても便利な場所だと思います。
スタッフは役立つ情報をくれますし、友好的です。
ホーチミン廟のあたりに行くにはタクシーがおすすめです。
日本人から見ても、部屋もバスルームも綺麗でした。
私は洗濯（1kg未満）を、頼みましたが、だいたい1ドルくらいですみました。
朝食もうまいです。

The staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and nice. Overall a good choice for the very reasonable price point. Enjoyed my stay! Breakfast is a bit limited though.

Great hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast. Perfect for tour pick ups as well and plenty of nearby places to walk to.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und hatte eine tolle Lage. Es liegt (für Hanoi) in einer etwas ruhigeren Straße, aber dennoch mitten im Geschehen. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Ich würde dort jederzeit wieder buchen!

가격이비하면 방도 완전 널직널직했어요 엘레베이터있고 질문할게있는데 사람이많았는데도 신경써서 보시고 직원분들도다들 친절해요 아침일찍떠날땐 도시락싸주셨구요 가격때문에 별기대없었는데 완전만족했어요~

Clean, comfortable hotel in heart of old quarter. Staff was very helpful and accommodating, great included breakfast. Great value for the price!
