le personnel qui était plutôt accueillant et polis ainsi que la localisation de l'établissement
les trace de moisissure un peu partout dans l'établissement, le manque visible de propreté, les matelas peu confortable "bed and breakfast", il est où le breakfast ? le prix exorbitant pour un taudis pareil (en sachant que le prix a diminué de jour en jour sur le site pendant que nous y étions) et J'EN PASSE !

Réceptionnistes super sympas, l’hotel fait le taff : dormir, se brosser les dents, toilettes et se doucher (douche froide, mais si vous avez un esprit d’aventurier ca passe).
Ne pas s’attendre a du maxi-confort : ca répond vraiment au minimum, idéal pour petits budgets, voyage solo/duo.

La proximité de la gare + ou - 10min et quartier plutôt calme
Le fait qu’on ne puisse pas laisser nos valises la journée à l’hôtel pour pouvoir se balader librement comme le propose généralement les autres hôtels que j’ai pu faire à Londres aux alentours de la gare, supplément un monsieur qui nous a accueilli très très mal, à la limite de nous foutre dehors avec nos bagages car nous étions là trop tôt en pensant pouvoir laisser nos petites valises et revenir plus tard pour le Check in
Une brosse à dents de retrouver dans la chambre et une capsule de bière donc j’imagine que le ménage n’est pas vraiment fait « à fond »
Pas de Clim dans la chambre juste un petit ventilo donc si vous venez l’été comme nous, pendant les grosses chaleurs, c’est sport
Chambre avec salle de bain très très petite, je dirais que c’est suffisant pour une nuit pas +
Dans tout les cas, je vous conseille de mettre 20 ou 30 euros de plus dans un autre hôtel aux alentours de la gare, que vous ne dépenserez pas dans la gardiennage des bagages et vous bénéficierez certainement d’un meilleur accueil 🙂
Staff were brilliant! Sorted me out with sicciors when I couldn't get concert waistband off, helped me out with an item I left in room, room was great very compact cosy and was spacious. had free WI-fi and for the location in central London a short 5 minute walk from Euston station and Kings Cross station really couldn't fault. Would defiantly stay again and recommend great value for money.
The only tiny thing missing from my stay was that tea/coffee making facilities were provided but could have done with something to mix hot drinks with but I'm being very judgy.

La ubicación. No quedaba tan mal. Siempre había papel higiénico en los baños. Los baños se mantenían relativamente limpios.
No olía muy bien. Creo que el suelo de moqueta no ayudaba a que estuviera limpio realmente.
Sólo pusieron una toalla para las cuatro noches y le comenté al recepcionista que si me podía dejar otra, me dijo que si pero nunca me la llevó. También me picó una abeja y les pedí hielo o algo para la hinchazón y no hicieron caso.
También el colchón era blando y almohadas incómodas.

Espacio de la habitación, escalera pequeñísima para subir 3 pisos, el calor en esta época es insoportable, pedimos un ventilador y nos dijeron “open de window” 35 grados con la ventana abierta? No hablan otro idioma y poco les interesa comunicarse. Realmente para no volver jamás. Se nos cayó algo debajo de la cama, cuando la levanté había mugre de la que pidan, de años de no aspirar esa alfombra. Hasta un calzoncillo usado! Decepcionante
Genuinely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Had I seen the TripAdvisor reviews before booking I definitely would not have stayed here. Unfortunately the reviews on hotels.com was far from what is said on here!
From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The person checking us in showed absolutely no hospitality and was using their phone while checking us in, which made us feel completely unwelcome.
The room was disgusting and in desperate need of a complete revamp. The beds were absolutely appalling and looked like they belonged in the bin. The mattresses were in such poor condition with springs poking out through the top and sides. It was extremely uncomfortable and quite frankly unacceptable. Dirty bedding!!!
What made the experience even worse was the lack of concern from the staff member. When we raised our concerns the person working didn’t seem the slightest bit interested or bothered.
We stayed in Room 7, which was also incredibly noisy. We could hear the door opening and slamming every single time someone entered or left the building making it very difficult to get any proper sleep.
Close to kingscross and russle square ....
No fan .. no tv remote as been stolen .. 1 pillow each .. no loo roll and it was dirty... staff ignorant the hotel must be a 1 night only stay as 130 for 1 adult and 2 kids is not worth it let alone 2 nights 😴 😒

Great location. Walkable to the British Museum and lots of transportation options available. Loved the surrounding neighborhood.
This is as basic as it gets. If what you are looking for is just a basic bed and your own bathroom and you don't care about anything else, then you will be fine with this place. Also keep in mind that the stairs are extremely narrow in case you have heavy or large luggage. I struggled with mine since there are no elevators. Check the weather, if it's too hot their rooms only have a small fan and it gets too stuffy and uncomfortable, even during the evenings.
