Un des moins chers. Lieu pas trop loin de la gare (10mn à pieds). Chauffage appréciable.
Chambre et douche petites (une personne en surpoids aura du mal). Pas de pièce pour les bagages, dommage. Rideau de douche mal positionné avec les anneaux (2 anneaux seulement sur la longueur). Seulement 2 serviettes.

My child and I were looking for a cheap place to stay for one night close to St. Pancras station since we had an early train and a lot of underground lines weren't operational that morning. This place had a single room available with shared bathrooms so we took it. It was fine. The room was clean and comfortable enough but it's a hostel, so it's not like we were expecting any frills. Check in was easy. The bathroom was fine. Location was very good. We didn't use the showers because we were too tired and couldn't be bothered. The one shower looked a bit questionable, but the other one was better. I could only find 2 showers but I also didn't look that hard.
I'm not sure if it was typical for London and we booked last minute, but we couldn't find anywhere less than $475 CAD that would be close enough to St. Pancras to make our morning journey tolerable besides this place. We had been planning to leave early from Reading around 6 but because the underground was out from Paddington station, the journey would have been ridiculous. We were grateful to find this place but it seemed absurd that it was so difficult to find a reasonable place to stay in London. Maybe that's typical these days though
