Perfect for a weekend getaway
Pros:

I loved the old house smell. Having Leo on the welcoming committee filled the hole in my heart i was missing by being away from my kitties for the weekend. Very well organized kitchen to help accommodate every guest room. AND THEY HAVE TICKET TO RIDE!

The property has no staff no service. It is odd. Our room was supposed to be a king, really two twins with a mattress pad. The airco unit was unbelievably loud, impossible to sleep. They ask you not to open windows, but there are fans. The bathroom (which they say is private, isn’t in your room at all, it’s across the public hall. There an ice bucket, but no ice. The place is just odd. No furniture besides the bed.

We loved the location to downtown Central Lake. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were clean. We also loved the shared kitchen and living space. The Charlie room was perfect for two people and the bathroom and shower were great.

Beautiful historic home on a gorgeous lot with firepit, flowers, blackberries, a firepit, a porch swing, and creek winding through. The common areas are well appointed and kitchen well stocked. I would have been more comfortable if there had been a host or innkeeper on site being 2 females travelling alone but the other guests seemed respectful and we had a beautiful time enjoying the house and yard.

Charm, Fall and Leo made for the best experience.
Pros:

The BW Boutique hotel is very special! I was there for business and often like to find unusual locations. I was so fortunate to be there during peak leaf change time. The grounds were so tranquil. I was exceptionally impressed with the level of attentiveness of Leo. He greeted me every day and was VERY friendly. My room was prefect for what I needed. I would certainly stay here again.

Hotel was very pretty and well cared for. An older home with lots of charm! Comfy beds and clean. Very small shower in the Jack Room. A cup in the bathroom would be nice.

Pros:

It was like stepping back in time. We especially loved the swing on the porch and the friendly cat Leo. The only thing was trying to find the ice and iron. Finally journeyed to the cellar and found both. Just had difficulty finding an outlet for the iron. Otherwise our stay was great.

It was a perfect spot for what we needed. 5 minutes from our venue for the wedding we were attending. It was a little chilly at first, but warmed up nicely with the heater.
