Phi Phi Hotel

Old hotel 300 meters to the pier. No lift in the building so better to avoid up floors. The breakfast was weak. Better to eat outside. The staff was kind and helpful. For short stays this hotel is a smart choice but if you are planning more than 2-3 days better to check more options.

I would strongly recommend to skip this hotel. We checked in on 18 March 2025 afternoon - the staff was very rude at check in.

They assigned us a room on the 5th floor and said there's no lift and they can not help us with our heavy luggage. The AC in the room was not working - even after setting it on the lowest temperature. The rooms are really run down and not well maintained.

Please avoid staying here

For the price, this place was perfect. The location was a two minute walk from the pier.

Amazing location - 2 mins walk from the pier and the centre but the hotel is up a street away from the noise so perfect place to stay. Would stay here again! It includes breakfast vouchers but the breakfast wasn’t great. Just skip the vouchers and try one of the food places nearby instead!

Hotel was nice, but you can hear everything in the other rooms. No privacy in that concern.

Le lit était très dur à notre goût et la chambre vraiment mal insonorisée. Nous entendions les gens dans les chambres voisines la nuit…! Très bon choix pour la localisation et si vous comptez vous coucher tard

This property is right in the middle of things you walk out and you’re where the shopping and dining is. Free breakfast and friendly staff.

If you’re looking for a great priced hotel that is a couple minutes walk from the pier this is definitely the place to pick out. Everything worked great the water pressure was awesome, but just a heads up if you’ve never been to phi phi, literally everything is walkable and this hotel is greatly placed for that.

Stayed here for a 2nd time, as always great hotel, had all of the amenities that i needed like a fridge/tea making facilities in the room. Security guards were very helpful when i had an electric issue during the night. would recommend and i will be staying again

The location of the hotel is good, the hotel staff is not very decisive and professional, it seems like they are practicing, the hotel itself is old, lacks maintenance, NO ELEVATOR, we reached the fourth floor and my wife was on crutches due to a foot accident. It was an odyssey. spacious rooms, not very clean. Poor breakfast, little hygiene on the tables. And is it next to the pool.

Well first of all, so greatful for the pool! The ocean was not the bes for swimming on both sides.. i stayed here to take a dive course. Hotel staff is great. No elevator so be prepared for stairs. They help with luggage. Buffet was alright. Right in the center if town so its very convenient to go out and explore.

It is in a great area, in the middle of the action and a lot of restaurants, shops, currency exchange, boats, etc.

Lovely all around. Great pool. Decent breakfast. Very close to everything needed but because they are one lane back from the Main Street it feels very quiet and tranquil!
