Nothing
I paid for a room with two beds and only received one bed. When I complained, they refused to help me, so I left the hotel and they still refused to refund my money.
The guy that checked us in.
Everything
La cama estaba comoda
Mal servicio, no estaba limpio, no tenía papel de baño, mal servicio en el frontier desk, además sonó la alarma de incendio en la madrugada porque estaban fumando y me despertó asustafa
Should tell customers that it’s in a bad area of town
It was dirty and sketchy
This place was absolutely disgusting. It had a terrible smell, like stale puke and mildew. The pictures on this add look nothing like the room.
Durrell is a person who is at the front desk. He is very rude and always high on drugs. My friend who is legally blind was walking the dog looking where he was going when Durrell accused my friend of staring at the other people. Said if he did it again he would be forced to leave. He also told me he did not like me and yelled at me at the top of his lungs. He does not deserve this job!! Or to work with people for that matter. The experience of this hotel was terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone!!
