The apartment is at great location; i.e. cross the road to beach, walking distance to Vincom shopping centre and night market. The staffs are quite friendly and helpful with check-in, check-out process. The apartment and its furnitures are clean enough, and they do daily house keeping which is a + mark of this business. Only problem is parking, If you ride a bike/car the parking staffs try not to sell you daily parking ticket, but the one-time hop in and out parking ticket.
The rooms were decent. I saw a lot of roaches in the room here and there which disgusted me. The elevators are super slow. The room description said there would be a balcony but the entire building was without one. Other then that, everything else was nice. Location is great, atmosphere was great living here a week with my friends was great.

The room stank, it had not been cleaned properly and there was rotting rubbish leaking under sink that made room smell. They claim a range of amenities (pool roof terrace etc.) they are not available to guests, I asked and was told they exist but we could not use them. They offer transfer to airport but at high rate also taxi at foyer does the same plus reneged on negotiated price when we reached airport and tried to charge double. Suggest get taxi away from hotel or use grab.
Toilet is not fresh. Apartment for 6 people but only one Toilet. Elevator is cramped & suffortcasting and wait very long to up & down. Attitude of Staff is not nice with Customer. Apartment is not like as describe and photos which were showed on Hotel.com. So We really very disappointed for vacation at Nha Trang Beach Apartment. And We feel unhappy for this trip.

This was my 4th stay at this property....and I have decided, it was my last!
These apartments are SERIOUSLY out-of-date. They are supposed to be fully self-contained. My apartment had 1 fork and 1 spoon. Not a single knife. Not a single teaspoon!
And the staff are VERY SELECTIVE about which emails they respond to. My apartment was on Level 44. Reception is on Level 31. It's usually easier to email them.
My request for more toilet paper and soap was IGNORED TWICE!
The air-conditioner was NOT working and they ignored me for 48 hours. They then offered me another room. The aircon in that room was also NOT working....plus the new room smelt like petrol fumes....so I moved back to my original room.
NO COMPENSATION was offered for having no aircon!
Yet when I emailed requesting a Late Checkout, they responded within 10 minutes telling me it would cost VND 400,000.00.
Oh....and there was blood from a previous guest on the doona too!
Lastly, since my last stay (9 months ago) they have adhered yellow reflective plastic to the inside of the windows. That magnificent view has been RUINED as during the day, the water looks green. At night, all you can see is a reflection of the apartment. They may as well have mirrors on the windows.
Never again, I tell you. NEVER!

Nice little apartment as shown in photos very clean and tidy within proximity of shops beach and nightlife.
This was a big disappointment. The booking ad promised pool, pool side bar, bbq, spa, bars and 3 restaurants (including photos). This hotel is just the room. NOTHING ELSE IS THERE. I tried to complain while I was there and only offer $45 back from WOTIF. I had booked this hotel for 4 nights to sit by the pool an drink cocktails while my kids could swim, this could not happen as this hotel does not have a pool. Complete waste of money and ruined my holiday.
If you want to use any facilities you have to pay another hotel to use theirs as this hotel has nothing. There was mould everywhere and the skirting boards are falling off. One day the room was not cleaned (which also means no water). The promised slippers are really someone else's used rubber thongs.
Also could not get extra pillows etc. We asked but one pillow each was all you were allowed.
The rooms in this apartment hotel are old and out dated. Don't be fooled by The pictures. The elevators are the worst. You have to wait sometime 5 to 10 minutes for them. Check in is on the 31st floor. The day before we left, the elevators broke down and was still down the next day. Had to walk up to the 46th floor and the same checking out. The only good thing about this hotel is the cleaning Staff. Worse experience of my life. Made a mistake choosing this hotel.
I am so disappointed this apartment. I will never stay here anymore. It's not value.
I absolutely LOVED Nha Trang Beach Apartments....for the mostpart!
I didn't realise the rooms were so new and modern - a very nice surprise. The view from the 2-bedroom apartment was just breathtaking. It was a bit odd that the bathroom door didn't go right up to the ceiling and one of the bedrooms had no door on it - just a curtain. I found the bed to be quite firm as seemed to be the general rule-of-thumb in Vietnam. Also odd that there were no tea cups in the room and no tea or coffee. There was a kettle, but BYO tea/coffee.
When we got the actual rooms that we booked (2 apartments with a joining door), they were also very nice. View was still excellent but not as breathtaking.
LOVED using the facilities from the hotel underneath. The pool was excellent although a bit more shade would be ideal and I also made good use of the well-equipped gym.
The service at the apartments was very good > excellent.
The lifts were a pain as there are only 3 lifts for all those guests. The apartments start on Level 31 and go to Level 45 or 46. Stunning views if your apartment faces the water but lifts were slow and often full.
Loved the local area. All the restaurants, cafes and shopping you could need. 1-minute walk to the beach - it's over the road!
We absolutely LOVED our visit to Nha Trang and it comes highly recommended. Lovely apartments, but like any property, there are a couple of small issues. In the grand scheme of things, we had an awesome time!

Room was not clean enough, odd smell. Location is good.
The lobby is dirty. And as it is in an apartment, it is large but not clean enough. For example, The rubbish bin is filled up of rubbish when we first go in the room.
Well, several hours traveling from a different country and dealing with Immigration in Vietnam, taxi drivers and long waiting lines we finally got to the hotel ( not a hotel: probably a person who owns few apartments on the building and hire a person to "rent" them). We got to the place called reception ( a small room on a dark aisle of the 31st floor). And my wife, two daughters and I hear the scary sentence: "Sorry sir, but we dont have any reservation under your name. Sometimes this happen when people use Expedia.
I calmly showed the girl that Yes, I have booked and paid for a Luxury Beachfront Penthouse. She said that they have no availability on this kind of apartment and proposed me to accommodate us in two small apartments and move us to a two bedroom sea view apartment next day.
As we didn't have any choice at that point ( was about 9 pm with two kids) we accepted, asking to discuss the apartment next day.
So we stayed on two apartments and then moved to the third one on the next day. And she returned 20 US/day.
Well, how it was?
All apartments we visited have a toilet inside the shower. Lets say, not so conventional or convenient;
Two bedroom apartment means one bedroom and another bed on the small living room.
Sea view means that, as you are on the 39th floor, you can see the sea on the side of the building.
Cleaning staff was great, nice and helpful.
Two doors with big lockers should ring the security bell, but nothing happened after all.
I live in Vietnam, so I know about all the tricks the hotels/landlords are trying here. This is outrageous experience even for Vietnam. The room booked was not available upon arrival. The personnel was not aware of the room type ordered and continued insisting that this is the room booked. Only after a big scandal, and this is at 8:30 pm it was accepted that the room I ordered is not available and the monez booked from my credit card will be paid back. Now still after one month money are not reimbursed. The appartment is a private porperty and has nothing to do with the 4star hotel managed on the lower levels. What is more astonishing the Hotel.com was absolutely useless, pretending they do not understand the matter. This is a real review from the real case and I have photos of the property and personnel running away when asked to identify themselves.
Access to the apartments is a nightmare. No information given on how to get to the apartments. Once someone came down we were told that the booking wasn't done even though we had a booking number. Checked us into a basic room and was told to come back in 2 hours.Came back and our bags were gone and someone else in the room. Finally someone came showed us our apartment, all good except the bedding. I was told to pay again even though I showed confirmation of payment. Air conditioner didn't work first night ,but views were awesome.
