Excelente escapadita en pareja, la instalaciones son excelentes, ideal para el disfrute y el relax.
Las habitaciones muy cómodas, el baño amplio y muy buena ducha.

Todo espectacular. El hotel es realmente muy lindo y las habitaciones súper cómodas. La comida y desayuno muy buenos también. El único punto a mejorar es que en el restaurante solo se puede dejar propina en efectivo, algo bastante inconveniente teniendo en cuenta que no hay dónde extraer dinero cerca.

the hotel was great and the attention even better. It was like being in your moms house. I fully recommend anyone who wants to go with a girlfriend, boyfriend or wife and also with friends.

Un estadía de una noche Divina. Buenas habitaciones, restaurante y una vista maravillosa

En general es super agradable, la atención muy buena, el lugar es espectacular. Pase un episodio que no se soluciono de una forma eficaz ya que, a la noche nos dimos cuenta que el caldera de agua no funcionaba por ende no había agua caliente para ducharse. La solución fue cambiarnos de habitación, esta no tenía la misma vista, estaba helada al entrar y quizá lo que nos molesto más fue que las camas eran dos camas individuales juntas y no una de dos plazas. Fue bastante incómodo. Al hacer el check in realizamos la queja y nos atribuyeron con algunos reglaos de la bodega. De todas formas lo recomiendo!

Buena ubicación, excelente vista, cerca de muchos paseos. Instalaciones muy confortables. Personal atento y agradable. La mejor sorpresa: el desayuno!!! Mucho más que lo que uno espera bajo el rótulo de desayuno continental.

hotel muito bonito e confortável. Perfeito para relaxar em casal e com amigos. Para quem gosta de vinho, existem várias vinícolas próximas ao hotel. Recomendo.

After finding the hotel, neither the GPS or Waze found the address check in was efficient. Room was lovely, apparently an upgrade from that booked.
However, from then things went downhill; bar staff were unfriendly, waited 10 minutes for 2 drinks before being told that there was no cassis or red berry liquor for Kir Royal, (that after having to explain what a Kir Royal was in the first place). Maybe that it was end of season malaise but hardly very professional.
Breakfast followed a similar trend, no teaspoons and when asked for was told to go and find one on another table. When it was pointed out that there were none on the tables a very flouncy dryng of a single spoon was completed.
There was no service around the pool area and no clean up around the pool when seating was vacated.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. Our room was located on a beautiful park. It was spacious, very nicely decorated in a countryside style and had a wonderful view of the river (the Río de la Plata). The main hall was very cozy and “chic”, except for a big, tacky pink dinosaur statue that dominated the scene. The breakfast and meals were very good and the staff extremely helpful and courteous. The surrounding area is beautiful, with lots of native vegetation and birds, a real paradise for nature lovers. If you enjoy peace and quiet, this is a place for you.

Staff was trained properly, one of the worst experiences we've had with employees at a hotel. It's as if they are terrified of the guests, they don't smile, seems utterly lost, disappear often..I think this is a case of "the fish stinks from the head down", as the manager never smile and walked past us multiple times without as much as a good morning. Totally ignored us when we checked out...

The restaurant wasn't simple a kitchen that reheated food. Our chicken was clearly microwaved to be warmed up and was incredibly dry. For the second night we simply drove in Carmelo to a supermarket and made a hotel room picnic.

There are lots of loud people at the pool who have no sense of how noisy they are. Babies crying and the parents have no etiquette to take the baby to their room (it's supposed to be a minimum age 18 hotel).

The entry to the resort is not friendly for luggage- gravel,an inelegant step up to a walkway and their is nobody to help with luggage. don't believe the shill review of this place on trip advisor indicating otherwise.

Skip it.

Very pleasant stay in a comfortable suite with all the nice complements...a nice day to be at the beach...
