very basic Hotel to stay at. Just not a safe place around the hotel.

Was very clean the staff we’re excellent and very helpful Unfortunately if you can’t climb stairs they don’t have an elevator.I’m able to so it was ok for me The only thing is it’s surrounded by businesses an has a lot of street noise other than that it’s a good place and cheap Good for a 1 or 2 day stay only

Close proximity to my destination

I like the place. It's clean and convenient as 7 Eleven store, Andoks barbecue chicken and Dunkin donuts is across the street. There's restaurant nearby & gasoline stations.
The staff are accommodating and provide a pleasant service.

The front desk staff are very nice and have awesome customer service. Even the Security guard is very good. There were many of us staying there to attend a conference nearby. We will all definitely be staying there again. Thank you so much to the staff at Joyce Apartelle Mandaluyong.

Overall I like the area location.

Very affordable and clean..With the friendly staff.

everything was neat and clean except for the Aircon which was noisy and the dust was blowing into the air
And the free Internet around the area is very weak and my room is at the back of the Hotel, and the staff is good

Great for quarantine purposes. Fold provider excellent. Only complaint is towels are not absorbent

Room was clean with very basic furnishings. Were only given 2 large towels, and were told at first we would have to pay for a hand towel; however, we were given an extra towel for free the next day. Service was excellent. The major criticism I have is that this is not really an apartelle (which means an apartment-hotel combiation), which is to make the guests self-sufficient (able to cook with cooking pots & pans & utensils. It was not possible to cook anything, so this is not truly an apartelle. All there was, was a electric pot to boil water. There was a small refridge.

Pleasantly surprised

This property is a very good value for the $! The room is big, great pillows, fridge, good tv, hot water!
The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating!
The only negative abd its a big one is WIFi, this hotel is def for the business person and the WiFi only worked In one tiny section of one hallway!!!! I looked all over this hotel for 3 days for WiFi hotspots and there are none and even on check it they admitted it wasn’t so good.

The hotel is comfortable for me to stay. Almost all ammeties is ok except for Wifi that always not functional.

ゴキブリがちょろちょろ出るし、シャワーもちょろちょろやし。セキュリティー寝てるし、客が扉を開けたままで話をしている為、話し声が廊下中に響き渡り、子供達も廊下で遊び回り、チョコレートをそこら中に散ばしまくり。二日間、朝からうるさくて寝れなかった。三日目は我慢出来ずチェックアウトしました。チェックアウトの時は「スリッパはどこ？」と言う質問。初めからスリッパなんて置いて無いし、歯ブラシすらないのに、最後は泥棒扱いされ本当に最悪なホテルです。

Lots of baby cockroaches crawling around and a pet mouse !!!

The room was nice. The bare necessities. Excellent for trhe price. It was to far from Makati and the other areas I wanted to see. The internet was on again off again. I could not count on it to communicate.

It was comfy and cozy.
A great time to have a great chillin' time.
