Pros:

Very nice room in this hotel with a giant bed and a bath tub. The breakfast was also good and free parking was available in front of the hostel however there were also lots in the back of the hotel. Good stay near the beach!

arquitectura en madera que destaca un distema constructivo tipo de nuestra cultura, pero falta calidad tecnica para buena ejeccucion y mejor confort.

La limpieza y ambiente de la habitación fue excelente, el desayuno buffet fue bueno.

Cons:

No funcionaba el extractor del baño. En un área del piso de la habitación vibraba. Respecto al desayuno, podría agregar más cosas pasteles y frutas.

Cons:

solo en el segundo piso se siente toda la bulla del tercero , deberían hacer algo que no pase tanto ruido de pisadas y correr del tercero. Quizas bajaria un poco el valor habitacion con ofertas de semana

Pros:

Me gustó la ubicacióndwl hotel, cuenta con estacionamiento gratis( arrendamos auto), descuento en el restorant Cambalache al lado del hotel,muy bueno. El personal muy amable

Ubicación. Limpieza

Cons:

Puerta del baño absolutamente trabada. Dijeron. Que la iban a arreglar pero no fue así. Abri la ducha y se mojó TODO el baño. Había que ajustarla y lo hicieron. Hoy me duché con agua fría. Tema estacionamiento complicado y tema salir y entrar del hotel también complicado. El desayuno es regular.

Excelente comodidad y atención
Pros:

Es la segunda vez que me alojo allí. Me gusta mucho la comodidad de la habitación en espacio, equipamiento (mini cooler, vasos, aire acondicionado además de los radiadores, secador de pelo, cortina blackout, clóset con cajones y repisas), la vista desde la ventana, baño muy amplio. Abajo hay un minimarket.

Es un lugar ideal para quienes gustan de caminar para trasladarse al centro de la ciudad, con lindo paseo por la costanera, lugar de conexión a locomoción colectiva que lleva a Puerto Montt por ejemplo.

Tuve un inconveniente con el respaldo de la cama, estaba suelto pero pedí solución y la reparación fue rápida.

Cons:

El piso de la habitación. El cubre piso está percudido, opaca un poco todo lo buena que es la habitación.
