Pros:

The pool was at a perfect temperature. The room was clean. Wasn't too cold or hot when we walked in. The look of the hotel feels clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I had to pay to add breakfast on. Then when we went to get it Saturday morning, they didn't open at 6, it was 7 for Saturday's and we weren't aware. I didn't get to eat and we had to basically take a few things and go because we had to be at a cheer competition venue at 7 that was 25 min away, so it was a little disappointing and I lost out on eating what I had to pay for over it. Pillows were a little flat and uncomfortable.

Poor housekeeping lets it down
Pros:

Poor housekeeping - normal service is every other day but we were offered daily which we accepted, in fact no housekeeping was provided when due even after complaining. When eventually housekeeping did service the room they changed towels, made bed in a very messy way, and sinks not cleaned properly, drain remained part blocked. Staff were friendly enough, breakfast ok when buffet on but cereal choice limited. On non buffet days when not many rooms let cooked to order offered limited choice. We booked this hotel based on review score but feel it is over rated let down badly by poor housekeeping.

We only stayed for one night, but the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The location is super close to shopping and many restaurants. Free and easy parking

Room was updated, clean and comfortable. We had a very late check in and staff still met us with a smile and was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel
