Our choice in Bangkok
Pros:

- the room we chose was very spacious (family suite with river view)
- clean room, with attention to detail
- excellent location (in Chinatown)
- words would not be enough to describe the kindness and desire to help the customer: on Chinese New Year's Eve we received two symbolic items for the children - very much appreciated.
But that's not all: unfortunately upon departure we lost an item of the little child and only at the airport we realized it, when we were boarding to another location. The hotel team not only looked for what we had lost in the hotel and around the hotel, but also shipped it to another location in Thailand, so that we left for Europe without anything missing! If I could give it a 10+, I would!

Lokalizacja, widok z restauracji na szczycie.
Jedyny plus tak naprawdę za ciekawe położenie.

Hotel potrzebuje sporego remontu.
Obudowa regulatora klimatyzacji odpadała i odsłaniała kable. Z dzieckiem na wakacjach wysokie ryzyko porażenia prądem. Brak szlafroków etc. Czystość w restauracji podczas śniadania tragedia, obrusy brudne a personel w restauracji mało przyjemny.
Zamówiłem jajka na miękko i dostałem surowe.

Hôtel bien placé,chambre correct mais service moyen!

Petit déjeuner très correct.
La salle de sport et la piscine un peu vieillotte mais agréable avec belle vue.

Cons:

J avais réservé une chambre supérieur et j’ai eu une chambre standard.Impossible de changer,l’hôtel était complet.J ai eu un remboursement de booking.
Au Check out,on m’a fait patienter pour la vérification de la chambre,c était long parce qu’ il manquait soit disant une serviette de bain.Mon mari a dû monter et au final,la femme de chambre l’avait trouvé….c’ était pas très sympa!
