It's a very simple hotel .. comfort and friendly price even in holiday season .. stayed here during our trip from Jakarta - Tegal - Semarang - Surabaya - Bali - Malang .. just 1 night rest before go to Bali .. very simple breakfast .. staffs were friendly and helpfull tho ..

Just Nice

I feel satisfied when stayed at this hotel with my Family. The room can accomodate three persons (three single bed). The breakfast menu choices are delicious. The room interior is amazing and cozy. The thing that need to be improved is the room keycard system. Every time I want to enter my room after walking around Surabaya, the room keycard cannot be used and I have to update the room keycard at the receptionist. Please fix this. And also for the hotel towel, please change into a bigger size (too small for me). Recommended.

I was staying in a triple bed room. The room was confortable and spacious. Bathroom was clean and well equipped with hot water shower. The locatiom of hotel nearby famous University and delicious klopo satay. The Breakfast served at hotel was simple.

I was staying in this hotel three times since the beginning of this year for one night only each time. It is close to RS Sutomo hospital where I needed to get a medical treatment. It is a small hotel, relatively clean, the staffs are helpful, and it is quiet practical for my purpose. The breakfast is awful unfortunately, so I brought my own fruit for breakfast.

Stayed in a triple bed room, the room was comfortable and spacious room. Bathroom was clean and well equipped with hot shower. The location of the hotel is not in the city center, not much to see nearby though.
The lunch/ dinner served at the hotel was great especially the soto ayam, highly recommended.

I was staying at this hotel for 3 days. At day 1 i got a very noisy room because the AC was making noises all night, so i switched room. but on day 2 and 3 there were no problems at all. the room facilities were good considering the price that you need to pay. the hot water sometimes surprise you because it was very hot and there are no indicator on the faucet where to turn for hot or cold water

We stay here for one night only and we feel satisfied with the service and facilities.

Budget hotel with excellent key system and elevator. Clean bathroom and bedroom. Perfect water pressure and hot shower. Quite vary choice and tasty breakfast.

Minus: our bedsheet got tiny bloodstain and no hotel slippers.

We stayed here twice already.
We have been in the twin-bed room and triple-bed room.
Room was basic but the price was reasonable. It has adequate size, and bathroom also maintained well.
No swimming pool. Free flow iced tea is served in the lobby.
Breakfast is nice, mostly local Indonesian food served, not much option, but more than enough for us to start the day.
One can also order food in room, if dont want to eat in their restaurant/coffee shop. The food is tasty & the price is reasonable.
Staffs were nice. Recommended for budget traveler. We will be back 👍🏼

We enjoyed our stay, our room located on fifth floor.
Good location not far from Airport, friendly staff, good value of money. Room and breakfast was good. Good for budget traveler. Only need more hangers in the room. Everything was good, thank you

Stayed for 3 night and overall very recomended if you looking for new budget hotel with clean and comfortable room with your friends or even with your family in Surabaya, but they had not to many option for breakfast.

One of the new hotels in Surabaya.... a nice hotel to stay in... my room was on the 6th floor, and it had a great city view... I loved the wifi connection there. But unfortunately, this hotel had a quite small space for motorcycle parking lot.

I stay this hotel from Friday, May 6-9, 2016. I was attending my family's wedding. I stay on fifth floor. The lobby is not too big, but it is not a problem, since you can also wait in their restaurant. You can have free coffee and tea in lobby area. I think it's a kind of afternoon tea break. Check in process is quick. The hotel is dominant with Red and White color. The lift is a bit hot, because no AC or exhaust here. Please consider to management to provide one. The room is quite big, wifi also good. But, i think they can also improve by add more Access Point to cover corner room. The bed is also nice, no problem with AC and our room during stay. Also, you can borrow water cattle for hot water if you want to make coffee or tea.

In front of hotel, you can buy some traditional food. Also there is one mini market that is very useful if you need to buy another food.

They also provide Family room with three single beds, very nice !

Overall our stay is very nice, very pleasing. I will consider to stay again in this hotel in future.

Plus :
- The hotel is in the middle of the city which make it very convenient.
- Provide water kettle and hair dryer by request which no additional surcharge.
- Staff is friendly and helpful.

The minus :
- no hand towel prepared.
- bathroom tiles is very slippery, so must take extra cautious.

i stay in this hotel for 1 night .... Small hotel and simply room like a budget hotel.. linen it's not like the other hotel.. Air conditioner to small not enough for 1 room... but overall its okay... hopes this hotel can improve the service soon...
