Wonderful hotel and had a great experience
Pros:

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff are so friendly and go extra length to make your stay enjoyable. Any questions or query before the stay was responded in a professional and timely manner. The stay was wonderful. The room was good and any special request was taken care of. Great location and near amenities.

Great place to stay
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at behotelisboa hotel - the location was close to all the places we wanted to see. Check in was easy and treated us with a delicious treat and a glass of wine. The front desk was so helpful our entire stay answering all our questions. We enjoyed the breakfast and when we had an early appointment before the breakfast started - the front desk arranged a pack lunch for us which was delicious. We were up on the 5th floor, our room was small but very comfortable, the bathroom was a full size and clean.

Brilliant location and staff so helpful and friendly
Pros:

Reception staff were excellent, location was perfect for exploring and for eating out, 100% spot on. The discounted secure parking nearby was welcome. Coffee machine in the room was welcomed.

Nothing much - no milk for the coffee in the room

Pros:

الموقع ممتاز ، ولكن خذ الاحتياطات لأنه عندي خروجي الساعه ال4 فجرا لم يتمكن أوبر او بولت من الوصول لبوابة الفندق مما اضطرني للسير على اقدامي بالشنط الثقيله لمسافه 150 متر وطلب من موظف الاستقبال مرافقتي لمساعدتي في حمل الشنط والاستأناس به ولكن اعتذر بحجه انه الوحيد في مكتب الاستقبال وهذا منطقي ، في الخارج كان هناك سكارى أراهم من بعيد

Excellent stay!
Pros:

The staff and location. Every place of interest was walking distance from the hotel. The staff at the reception desk were awesome and welcoming. The welcome glass of Porto and pastel de nata were a nice touch. Ricardo 1 and 2 at the front desk were awesome. Made us feel so welcome. The young lady booked an excellent Fado place for us and directed us to the authentic places for some Ginjha.

Nothing! Loved our stay and will stay here again!

Godt ophold
Pros:

Fedt hotel..Receptionen hjalp os flot det stykke vore mange kufferter skulle slæbes da vi rejste.
Vi kom fra 3 uger langt krydstogt- og havde derfor stor oppakning. Flot hjælp.

Cons:

Kunne være rart hvis Booking.com og hotellet forklarede det ligger i gågade, og hvor man kan sættes af tæt på hotellet. Vores taxi havde svært ved at finde hotellet.

Great location, walkable, very nice hotel & value
Pros:

BeHotel Lisboa was prefect for us. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, breakfast was wonderful and this is all in the walkable historical district. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

מלון מאד נחמד, מחודש ונקי במיקום מצוין ברובע באישה. מי שמחפש מיקום מרכזי באזור המישורי של ליסבון אז זאת אופציה מעולה. יש צוות באמת נהדר ונחמד שיודע לתת שירות ועוזר במה שצריך.
