Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. The first room we were given had clearly not been cleaned at all, and we had to go back to the front desk to request another room.

While walking downstairs, I encountered another guest who told me that part of her room had not been cleaned and that her bed bowed in the middle. When I reached the front desk, another guest explained that she had been staying at the hotel since Monday, and it was now Thursday, yet no housekeeping staff had come to her room during her stay.
Our experience wasn’t much better. The TV in our room had no remote. The front desk provided two remotes, both missing their battery covers, and neither one worked. We ended up having to operate the TV manually.
Basic cleanliness and functioning amenities should be the bare minimum when paying for a hotel room. Based on what we experienced and what other guests reported, there appear to be serious issues with housekeeping and attention to guest needs.
I was not satisfied with our stay, and I would have a hard time recommending this hotel to others. Management needs to take these concerns seriously and make improvements before expecting guests to have a comfortable and satisfactory experience.

Needs a lot of renovating and updating

Receptionist was EXTREMELY rude. Wifi was nonexistent so I couldn't work like I needed to. 10 minute wait for elevator.. if it even worked at all. 1 elevator for 6 floors and 3 buildings. Not handicap accessible. Had to walk 5 flights several times due to broken elevator. Found a 2nd charge from hotel on my online banking. Went to ask questions. Staff refused to show me an invoice until I checked out. Refused to call a manager. I ended up calling police for fraud. Staff refused to answer my questions about the unauthorized charge and purposely began to ignore me and help others waiting. Other people told me the same unauthorized charges happened to several people that day. Checked out next morning. Morning Staff said other staff didnt charge me right and made another charge to correct it (unauthorized and against my knowledge). He said 1 night was $302 and the next night was $54 due to "flexible pricing). I booked via Booking.com which said 5 nights at 54/night. Of course I cant pull that info because according to booking, hotel never enter my checkin on the app! Entire hotel being "remodeled" which really means everything was tore up and no one was working on a remodel. Outside pool was disgusting and inside pool and lazy river were worse. It did smell like comet scrubbing powder evertime I walked in which was deceiving because it was dirty and stained. Other patrons reported busted in doors, beer cans in rooms at checkin and rude staff. Our toilet wasn't bolted and damn near fell over everytime it was used. Housekeepers entered rooms without being asked and you can only get 1 clean towel. If you have reservations, cancel them immediately.

Nasty, not cleaned well nasty smells. Not enough blankets nor towels staff wouldn’t get us more. Staff was extremely rude.

They are under remodel so it was dry wal and work in progress so it will be good when it get done

The property is nasty. We seen roaches in the hallway and near the elevators. The room smelled terrible. The staff made us feel unwelcome. We didn’t receive towels or wash clothes in the room so when I asked the front desk for some they told me to go ask laundry. I asked the girl that was in the laundry room and she told me to ask front desk. I eventually was able to get some from the laundry room. The pool and lazy river were gross so we couldn’t even get in the water. They only had one working elevator and today as we were leaving it broke. I had to carry two sets of luggage down five flights of stairs.

Dear Hotel Management and Booking.com Customer Support,

I stayed at this hotel with my family for 3 nights / 4 days. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The hotel was extremely unsanitary, had pests, and was completely different from the advertisement. The room did not match the photos at all. There were bugs in the room, the TV was broken, there was no shampoo, and there were not enough towels. There was not even a phone in the room to contact the front desk. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Although room cleaning was done, the bed was never made or cleaned—not once during the entire stay. Not once.

I complained, but you took no action and did not acknowledge responsibility. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I was bitten by insects in the bed. I am currently receiving medical treatment because of this. I have photographic evidence and am documenting everything.

I am extremely upset about these issues, and this is unacceptable. Please tell me how you will handle this matter. Please also let me know how you will compensate me for my medical expenses and the inconvenience caused.

The hotel lacked over all maintenance and upkeep. Roaches were found in the room. Housekeeping did not visit our room during our entire stay.

Everything it was awful it had blood on the wall and bugs everywhere in the bathroom

My room had no microwave, even though it was listed. The toilet was super wiggly in room 611 and every time you flushed it the water would leak out around the bottom so we had to keep a towel there. The game room was SUPER small and if anyone else was in there you couldn't come in, then after waiting and finally getting my daughter in to play the games, one didn't work at all, one wouldn't give a prize even if you won and the claw machine was smashed full with toys that wouldn't budge.
