The pool was warmer than the shower.

The pool was warm and the game room was fun for our kids. The location was the best.

Cons:

Website did not mention renovations.. it was told to us upon arrival. The front desk guy assured us that the renovations would not affect our stay. Our room was filthy and all the furniture was broke in some way. No hot water in the shower! The pool was warmer than the shower! One running elevator. Got woke up at 6:00 a.m. to fire alarms going off but there was no fire.. I'm really not trying to complain but I feel like they need to focus on their renovations and get those done first before they allow people to stay.

Cons:

Hot tub and toilet was not clean. There was regular hair and pubic hair in the tub and on the toilet seat. Had to go to front desk because the phone in the room didn't work. There was remodeling signs everywhere and NONE of the ice machines worked. We had to go to the store to buy a bag of ice.

This place was horrible. Will never ever stay there again and will never ever recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

do not go here this place was awful. No heated pool no breakfast no ice machine works. It was a horrible experience. I will never ever go back to this hotel. It would never recommend it to anyone ever.

We had a balcony..

The toilet kept running you had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop they ripped up the carpet outside our door and didn't replace it the furniture in the room look like it had been water damaged and try to be redone there was so spilled on the wall like somebody spit on the wall and it was never cleaned we had two beds in the room one was okay comfortable with the other one was not comfortable at all it was like you said on it and it go down to the metal frames it's supposed to been none smoking but it has a smoke smell in it then the people next to us was smoking marijuana and you can smell it through the walls it's just a bad experience I consider that they were trying to remodel and everything but it it was just awful and then they said that there was breakfast and breakfast was not served the 3 days that we were there the pool area was nasty it wouldn't mess with no upkeep nothing like that around it it was just a bad experience we will not stay there again

Needs a total renovation.
Pros:

They did recognize that we were not able to use the stairs, so they got us a room on the ground floor

Cons:

Pros:

This place is a health hazard, the reception my look nice and fancy, but everywhere else is a building site, it is inhumane to let people stay here. We tried two rooms, both were filthy, beds had not been changed there was rubbish on the floor everywhere and stains on the carpet, I wouldn’t put a dog in there.

Everything else. The staff was very unfriendly. It was the dirtiest hotel I think I’ve ever stayed in. The room they gave us had mold in it and stuff was broken in it. The second room they moved us too was also dirty and barely had any hot water. The beds were uncomfortable. And don’t even get me started on the pool. It’s nothing like the pictures. Very run down and broken and the jets didn’t even work in the hot tub. There were no doors to the exterior of the building that were secured. Anyone could get in. They kept using “we’re remodeling” as an excuse every time I mentioned their facility. We will definitely never be back. When I mentioned that the pictures done match the reality of the hotel they blamed booking.com. I wasn’t even offered a discount for all of the trouble we were caused by this awful hotel. The elevator was nasty too(only one working one by the way. Very moldy and very nasty. Not worth the money at all
