The location is great.Laser river is nice
Queen size bed, not the best.Benny was okay.People next door are throwing food all over the balcony.To feed the birds so I couldn't have my balcony door open. Only one elevator working, and the inside pool is ice cold

We were very disappointed with our experience at this hotel. When we first arrived the elevator was broken and we were on the top floor. The hotel refused to move our room to a lower level or give us a refund. There was a family carrying their elderly mother up the stairs because of this inconvenience. Everything in the hotel was dirty and broken. The outside pool was empty on arrival and the indoor pool was filthy and murky. The pool bathrooms looked like they have never been cleaned. And the ceiling in the pool area is falling apart. There are also no floats for the lazy river. All the outdoor doors were unlocked and anyone could come and go as they please and cops had to come three times during our 4 day stay. This turns into extreme safety concerns especially with kids. Also the breakfast was mostly broken too and had little to none available. Overall it was awful. We will not be staying there again and do not recommend it for other families.

Everything!! Holes in walls, smell of marijuana, didn’t look like pictures advertised, did not even have a microwave or a keurig coffee machine like was advertised, and it was infested with roaches. I immediately checked out and went across the street to the Arbors where it was absolutely amazing. I didn’t care how much more I had to pay or that my booking for Park Tower was non refundable. I just wanted out of there. Worst place I have ever been in.

The staff was not there when I got there had to wait over an hour and the staff in the morning was really rude I want a refund
We loved the swimming areas and our balcony. The location was great and close to the island. We spent more time at the hotel than anywhere else, honestly.
The breakfast could have been better. A decent number of choices, but the milk didn't taste right to us, and the eggs were gritty.
Price, warmth of the lazy river heated pool, breakfast was ok, sunset was beautiful from balcomy
Beds could use an upgrade, no tubes for lazy river, remodeling was a mess but to be expected I suppose, no juice at breakfast, elevator wasn't working and we were on 5th floor
