Staff and location was great
Needs to update. The mattress was old the kind with springs. They were broke down so slept in a hole. The pool was a little green with black mold on carpet and walls. The walls down hall were a little torn up lights missing on 1 side. The fridge held together with duct tape but did get cold
It was close to stuff
There was ants in our room all over the bathroom. It was outdated. The pool was facility was dirty and in terrible condition. The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes. The lady at the front desk was rude to my wife. And the breakfast was not very good.
The breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable.
The indoor pool was very cold and there was not many lights in the pool area. Also a light was hanging out inside inside the lazy river. The shelf the refrigerator was on was broken.

Alot of hallways and only one elevator and only one ice machine
The family loved the pool, hot tub and lazy river! Loved the extended hours for use.

The cleaning
The hit tub didn't work
The room and hotel itself absolutley disgusting. The pool floor was peeling off at the bottom and the lazy river looked like swamp water. The hotel room had crusted splatters from previous guests on the walls and cabinets. The microwave was filthy inside. The bathroom in the room had mold spores on the walls and ceiling tiles stained with mold and moisture. The wall behind the toilet had a visible water bubble and leaked with every shower. The toilet had gunk built up around the snap connectors of the toilet seat. Someone's previous tinkle stains all over it, someone else's hair in the tub. Gross it was over all super gross but it was only $105 a night so we stayed because it was just 2 nights but we did our best to not be at the hotel at all.
The hotel breakfast was cold, gross, and not enough for 6 floors of guests.

Young teenage kids hanging in the pool area late at night drinking and be obnoxious

Everything…. The staff were rude. The place is absolutely atrocious and filthy. This facility has major health code violations. I cannot believe that no one has shut them down. How is this hotel still in business?
