The facility is mostly clean front desk. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

The location of the property is great the staff are very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The room that you book online with the desk is definitely not the room that you get when you the room that I booked online had the desk and just the 1 bed I work from home from 4am until 9 am it’s hard to hold a laptop and work without the desk I was definitely surprised when I opened the door and there was bunkbeds. The room was cute and would’ve been great for someone who was staying with children. stated this property three or four times now and this was the first time I had ever had a problem with the room that I booked being different than the room that I got.

Despite the hotel being nasty. We had a great time outside of the hotel.
Pros:

The property was convenient to be able to walk most places.

Cons:

The staff acted like they had a problem with us asking for clean sheets and towels. Room service was not provided. Upon arrival we got our key to our room and once in the room there was dirty underwear on the floor. We never had house keeping it was just overall not a pleasant experience.

The staff was friendly. The lazy river and hot tub. The room balcony.

Cons:

The regular indoor pool was ice cold unlike the lazy river. Honestly it looked really run down. They are remodeling but I really didn't see where they were remodeling because it all was bad. The lazy river needs redone as there is a chunk of concrete missing out of the step. If you're walking it, be careful of the vents on the bottom. They aren't flat. The pool needs redone. There was no way to turn the jets on for the hot tub. Only 1 out of 3 elevators worked. The breakfast was watery. My room shower head sucked. It would spray every which way and flood the bathroom. The tub didn't really drain, so there was standing water while showering. We only got 2 small pillows per bed.

We Ended up leaving that hotel and having to go stay somewhere else it was that disgusting. This hotel does not look any

Nothing at all. It was so nasty

Cons:

The Room was not cleaned at all very dirty it just looked like they made the bed and that was it. There was still personal towels and wash cloths in the bathroom. The pool was very disgusting. The paint was coming off in the pool too.

Great hotel, great location, great price!
Pros:

The price was unbelievable compared to other places to stay nearby. Within walking distance of a lot of attractions and restaurants. We LOVED the lazy pool. Had a hot tub, heated lazy pool, and another pool. Also was very pleased with how large our room was. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

Cons:

The only reason I’m not rating property as a 10 is because a large majority of the property was worn out but also they’re currently remodeling it so soon it’ll look nice and new.

Cons:

The floors and hall leading to the pool was soaking wet and smelled of wet mold. The door had such a Crack under it we had to use 2 towels and could still see into the hall the balcony door handle is barley hanging on and the NOISE was the main thing. Not very well insulated for noise
