The lazy river was the perfect temperature
The room, the pools, they was cold the breakfast wasn't very good except the eggs our room had a water leak and the whole room was moist and everything felt wet half the lights didn't work the wallpaper was coming off the wall the sheets had holes in them I hate to complain this use to be one of my favorite places idk what happened to it it looked like somebody took a hammer and beat the hot tub all to pieces and the jets don't work in it you would think for the price it would be a lot better
The location was the only positive of this hotel.
The hotel was neglected. Pool was empty and full of trash. Beds had obvious worn out beds. Room had taped on paper room number. Lazy river reminiscent of abandoned underground Subway.
I did not like anything about the property!!
Bedbugs, mold in bathroom and room, the bed linens were dirty and the mattress had stains
The complimentary breakfast was good and location of hotel was goox
Room was hot air not very good. Bed linens were dirty had them changed and before I che led out this morning found another stain looked like someone wiped there but on sheet
Nothing
The BED BUGS, ROACHES AND MOLD
STAFF WAS HORRIBLE.
Breakfast was good
This motel is in horrible condition I'm surprised it meets any motel grade to stay open. Old wallpaper peeling from walls, bed worn out, carpet has holes and is very stained. The price was not even that cheap for a Tuesday 😕
Nothing!!!!
We had two rooms across from each other on 4th floor. Me, my mom and oldest daughter had a room and in the other were our four 17/18 year olds. First of all the entire building from the lobby to where we were staying smelled aweful and there was mold in every vent even in the lobby. The breakfast area, pool , game room and laundry area were all disgusting. At 1:00 in the morning our teens woke us up and told us they were being ate up by bed bugs and sure enough both rooms had them. The guy working gave us another room for the kids on 5th floor in the back that was totally deserted because it was “supposedly” being remodeled which there were no signs of. This room was worse! So as soon as it got daylight we go back down there and are given another room on 4th floor and it was so bad too. There was blood and urine stains on mattresses and the carpet you couldn’t walk on without shoes on because it was so bad. When we arrived the first day we had to go buy cleaning supplies because I don’t think the room has ever been cleaned or linings changed. We had to buy new pillow cases. They refused us a refund saying they didn’t see bed bugs which they clearly were there. We even contacted the health dept and spoke with Mr. Sutton who sent me a complaint to file and assured me he will be dealing with this place and even agreed with me that we are due a refund and sent me their most recent inspection report of 69. So needless to say that was a waste of money because we had to check out the day after we checked in and get us another place to stay so we went to the Days Inn in Gatlinburg for $100 less than Park Tower for the week and it was amazing and so clean and comfortable. Thank you Days Inn Gatlinburg for getting us checked in to your hotel so quickly after being mentally exhausted from what Park Tower put us through. We will definitely book with you again! And btw the staff at Park Tower were the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in my life!
See bed bugs in pictures!
Ingen ting annet enn beliggenhet vsr bra
Hotellet var skittent og falleferdig, gammelt og luktet dårlig samt ødelagte lamper og div. Verste hotellet eg har vert på og jeg har reist mye
Bed bugs are reported in this building and in the hotel room and I would not stay in a room that has got bugs crawling in the bed on video
Big rooms. Kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and lazy pool..
The hard beds.the elevator not working properly. Not having breakfast on Sundays.
This property’s only value is the location.
All of the facilities are extremely dirty. The entire facility is very old and there are so many small details that need maintenance. The facility is understaffed and unsupported of essential materials.
Location is the only favorable thing I can say about this hotel.
The rooms were nasty, elevator didn’t work, door to balcony’s lock and handle barely hanging on and they wouldn’t swap us rooms or send someone up.
Indoor pool
It wasn't done remodeling yet. The staff was lazy.
