Great breakfast and comfortable bed.

Cons:

The 25 dollar holding fee, our floor smelled like baby diapers, the hottub was not working, and the pool water was very dirty and cloudy.

It was clean and the location is good

Cons:

Kids were running up and down in the hallway day and night which was very loud and annoying I called front desk and nothing changed. I was very disappointed

I loved it
Pros:

Easy to book. Easy to check in. Exceptionally nice and efficient concierge. Massage showers a bonus after driving many hours. Very clean and neat. Would definitely recommend and have done.

Pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was relatively good, coffee was fresh and hot, atmosphere was pleasant. The dining area was kept clean and the trash cans were emptied regularly so there was no odor of discarded food.

Cons:

Nothing really. Could there been a larger variety of choices? Yes however this is a hotel offering FREE breakfast,not a sit down “May I take your order” type of establishment. So all in all breakfast met the needs for the “most important meal of the day”.

Overall a great value and good stay. Staff was pleasant, and bed was very comfortable!

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
We were right at the end of hall by the elevator, and I was concerned it would be noisy, but it was quiet through the night!

Cons:

We'd requested early check-in (which we were granted). The room was clean, but there was a piece of a potato chip on the counter in the bathroom, and a couple of other crumbs on the floor that I wiped up. Not sure if the cleaning was "rushed" due to early check-in?
