Pros:

Good location, clean, good cleaning every day in the room. Nice staff.

Cons:

The elevator is old, small and difficult to operate with two sets of manual doors. The electronic key did not work, we had to use normal metal keys wich was difficult because the lighting in the hallway was lacking.
There is a lack of hangers in the room and the toilet, both for clothes, then I mean on the walls, not the closet. Place to hang the clothes of 4 people during the night f.ex., specially since there is only one chair in the room. Also a place to hang wet towels after the shower.
The walkway when approching the place is difficult, specially in the dark, or with suitcases, up or down the hill on narrow and very bumpy walkway. One person in our group strained her ankle and fell in one of the big holes in the dark, hurting here andlega, knee and hand.

Vista lampo a Roma
Pros:

Posizione strategica vicino a quasi tutte le attrazioni principali. Camere silenziose malgrado che ci si trova in centro Roma.
20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione su un percorso semplice ma anche piacevole.

Cons:

La formula on-line checking non è per niente comoda. Non si puo effettuare dal PC e non ci sono garanzie sul dove vanno a finire tutti i dati relativi delle nostre identità. Bisogna comunque stare alla reception per le chiavi!

Other than the coffee machine everything was good.
Pros:

The natural light that comes from the window and how clean it was.

My only complaints is that there was no coffee or coffee machine. 😞

Bardzo miła I sprawna obsługa. Duży i czysty pokój. Bardzo wygodne łóżko.
Padało więc na recepcji pan recepcjonista dal nam hotele duże parasole.
