La qualité du matériel dans la chambre et la propreté des lieux

Cons:

Le restaurant têtu… la nourriture au déjeuner était très ordinaire. Plusieurs erreurs dans nos plats. Confiture framboise maison pourrîte sur la table.

Cons:

En regardant la propreté des lits, je m’aperçois que le sur matelas a plein de taches jaunes semblables à de l’urine. J’en avise la réception. Il nous change de chambre. Je regarde à nouveau les draps et cette fois-ci, grosse tache brunâtre/ rouge semblable à du sang séché. Nous allons à la réception pour nous faire rembourser. Nous avons eu des «  je suis désolé ». Nous avons pris une chambre dans une autre hôtel.

C’est une belle expérience
Pros:

La chambre est assez grande et propre.

Cons:

Les couvertures et les oreillers qu’on m’a donnés sont de chips qualités et vieux.De plus,
pas de bouilloire ni sèchoir à notre disposition,ni micro-ondes.

For what we paid, the stay was disappointing. We won't return.
Pros:

The bar tender was excellent and really knew his stuff and the restaurant staff were kind and accommodating.

Cons:

Every question I asked was met with misunderstanding and/or calm indifference. The stairs were open and therefore very difficult for my sister to ascend, when I mentioned this, there was no one willing to assist us with luggage and no other way to our room.
