Sebenarnya Stafnya Respon Cepat, Menu Sarapan Mantap, outdoor juga nyaman, yang paling beruntung bisa ketemu Kang Dedi Mulyadi (KDM) 😁😁

Cons:

Pertama masuk kamar, tidak ada handuk, tidak ada ambal kaki, Internet TV hilang timbul AC kurang dingin ( mungkin karena listrik masih belum stabil ), lantai kamar mandi licin jika terkena air, bisa membahayakan. Dengan harga permalam hampir 1 jt menurut saya masih belum memuaskan.

Nothing to like about this hotel. it is rated as 5 stars. it should be 1 star

Cons:

Poor wifi, we complained everyday and they try to fix it but it does not work
Old furniture and fixtures. Old and not upgraded
Bedding was not comfortable. Towels were old
Shower drain was blocked. mentioned it to them many times with no resolution
Very disappointing. Way over rated. Will never stay there again.
