I would change the stylish design for a practical place, cleaner and simpler room instead.
Pros:

Location was really good! Price as well.

Cons:

It’s a designer hotel. Very stylish but not practical. The bathroom had no curtains or protection so every time I took a shower the floor was a complete mess. Also, I could find several places full of dust. No wardrobe and no windows for outside. Also no free amenities. Luckily I brought my toothpaste and brush with me. No charging place close to bed as well. Wifi also block some websites so please use your 5G for better experience.

建て付けが悪く、入り口、トイレシャワー室の扉が閉められなかった
トイレシャワー室のノブには、⚠️のようなテープがはられていた

Pros:

駅やバス停が近い！口コミで見てたより綺麗だったし、フロントの人も日本語通じはしなかったけど困った時とかすぐに助けてくれた！隣の物音とかもあんまり気にならなくて快適に眠れた！

Cons:

トイレが一回では流れきれなかったり、シャワーも気をつけていたけど外へ漏れてしまったりして入るのが難しかった。あとバスローブに前の人のかな？ゴミや女性のナプキンとか入ってたりして残念だった

Necesita una renovación urgente
Pros:

Bien situado y con metro cerca

Cons:

No había buena limpieza en la habitación. En general una habitación con paredes sucias , un baño donde el inodoro no funcionaba bien y una bañera-ducha tan mal construida que se salía el agua y el suelo terminaba inundado de agua.

立地もまあまあ良かったです

お風呂が使いづらいです
入り終わりお湯を流すと床面にまで溢れてきます

액자뒤, 냉장고 밑 먼지가 덩어리로 있음. 검은 곰팡이 에어컨,커튼, 욕조랑 벽사이,천장 등 너무 끔찍함. 청소 시 침구랑 바닥 정도만 해주시는 것 같고 수전에 물 때 닦은 적 없음

Tired, run-down and disappointing - avoid
Pros:

Staff are very pleasant and location is great, right across the street from exit 5 of the DDP metro station which gives you easy access to most of Seoul. The area around the DDP itself also has lots of shops/amenities/etc.

Cons:

Overall the hotel feels fairly old and grubby. We were staying in a 'suite' as we were only there one night and felt like treating ourselves but all of the walls were scuffed and damaged (probably from suitcases of previous guests) and whilst the overall room itself was as shown in the images, it was much rougher around the edges. Many of the fixtures (plug sockets, sinks, etc.) looked to have been hastily repaired and there was damp/mould in both the shower cubicle and above the toilet. The bed was relatively clean but would've benefitted from newly purchased linens. Overall the place feels a bit past its best and really could do with a full refurbishment.

価格とのバランス。立地重視。
Pros:

立地がよかったです。　バスタブが大きくて、ゆっくり浸かることができたのがよかったです。　

Cons:

ドライヤーが急に使えなくなり、あわてて着替えてフロントに行くことになってしまいました。　　部屋の間取りが気になりました。　バスローブ、ハンガー掛ける位置が高過ぎて、驚きました。　正直使いずらいかな。　トランクを広げるところがなくて、、　　立地重視なので仕方ないかなと。
