Pros:

The staff are exceptional in their care for guests however the facility itself is not new and could use an upgrade. The facility has another location across the hotel which is a bit more modern. I stayed there and enjoyed my stay for 4 days.

Everything was horrible. Staff needs proper training on how to speak to customers and how to handle complains.
