Pros:

La qualité du service et le personnel très accueillant ! À l’accueil se trouvait un jeune homme particulièrement à l’écoute et qui nous a aidé tout au long du séjour.

Está padre la tina de hidromasaje, está lejos del centro, pero cerca de las salidas a los cenotes

Cons:

El cuarto se sintió alto chico, como su nombre indica, es algo colonial, en el pasillo para entrar al cuarto hay plantas que creo riegan con agua reusada porque se percibía mal olor

Los alimentos del restaurante tienen buen sazón y presentación

Cons:

Las habitaciones no tienen mosquiteros y/o alguna opción para ahuyentar a los mosquitos... tuvimos que comprar insecticida y fue complicado conseguirlo

La habitación no contaba con algún espacio para colgar ropa húmeda (ejemplo: trajes de baño)

pratiquement tout.

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n 'y ai pas de rideaux légers aux fenêtres qui donnent sur le jardin et la piscine. de ce fait, nous sommes obligés de fermer les rideaux épais car sinon on nous voit dans la chambre.

Le calme, le charme de l'hôtel, le confort.

Cons:

Cela fait trois années que nous venons au même endroit et en réservant nous avons demandé une chambre en particulier ou l'on nous a dit oui bien sûr vous aurez la chambre 5, et en arrivant ce n'était plus possible, très déçu. Dommage.

Sehr schönes Hotel in Valladolid
Pros:

Einfach alles, wir hatten das Zimmer mit wirlpool. Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber. Schöne Einrichtung und auf der Terrasse gibt es sogar Gartenmöbel (selten in Mexiko) das Restaurant dazu ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Es gibt einen Hotelparkplatz und ein Pool, alles war perfekt.

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht sehr zentral, wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und konnten damit in die Stadt fahren, daher war es für uns kein Problem, wir hatten extra nach einem Hotel mit Parkplatz gesucht.
