Al Bustan Tower Hotel Suites

Our stay was great. The hotel is clean and bed sheets with towels are purely white. I want to mention the very kind teamwork who are so professional in their job special Mr Jamal and his team Mr Shukoor, Miss Shincy, and Mr. Ahinas who paid attention to my daughter had birthday and congratulated her with cake also huge thanks to the chief! Our stay is full of pleasing memories, thank you to everyone.

The hygiene is very poor. Hotel service is quite horrible and late. They didn't provided us coffee and water bottles and tissue box and towels. Tv channels are not working. Although we paid 800 AED but it's not worthy. It's a no for me. Breakfast is not good. We don't recommend this hotel at all.

Has it all, the location ,the rooms, the good service and housekeeping

The hotel lobby is spacey, many good restaurants, the conference center , elected by many communities in Dubai fort heir yearly ball

Don ot hesitate, go for it

The suite is nice and cozy, but not the best i had issues in this hotel.
The first time I entered my room, i wanted to use the third pillow but it wasn't clean it was dirty.
The staff are nice and helpful.

The hotel is cheap rooms are abit bigger than the standard rooms.quite and the staff are very friendly they will help you with anything they can.airport drop off,acceptable WIFI i see it as a good hotel.

Old property in urgent need of renovation. Lots of tourists from Russian group countries. Breakfast is just about ok. Very basic continental spread. Rooms are ok but will do with good renovation. Wifi is adequate. Parking is available but the access is very narrow single lane for entry and exit. Staff behaviour ok. Overall ok stay but could be much better.

Good hotel for long period of stay because the price is affordable, excellent location near shopping mall, groceries, even in small store you will find around the corner. In general very good Hotel.

Rooms are very small and even not clean, Breakest was not good at all, parking space is very less Staff behavior was not good. restaurant food is not tasty at all, in total customer service not good at all, not worth of Money,

Terrible is the word! Stay if there's absolutely nowhere else to book.
Rooms smell very bad, parking is a disaster and the hotel generally is below average!

Stay was GOOD as the hotel is ideally located at the heart of down town of Sharjah,
staff are too friendly.

The reason why I booked this hotel was, because it said somewhere that rooms have washer and dryer, and I was on a longer trip, so it was something I was looking for. Upon arrival however I found that only some rooms have washers and dryers. They did handle it then by bringing me a washer with a spinner on the room, which became a bit of a cope-activity, but at least it did serve the purpose eventually - somewhat. A bit clumsy but ok. The overall condition of the room was not great. It was not terribly bad, but not something I would want to repeat. The parking was full when I arrived, but they took care of it by keeping the key with the watch-man. But lacking a system for it, I felt uncomfortable and not sure how well it would be taken care of. It worked ok, but it was lacking professionalism and made me uncomfortable. Room charges were collected in advance, not like in most bigger hotels, where you pay at the end and only run an authorisation in the beginning. The hotel staff were somewhat helpful, and you could see they were trying to make me comfortable. The breakfast had a very limited variety and quality. The internet line was fast and good and always working. It had its good sides, and if you are on a really low budget you may want to go with it, but I would not really want to repeat.

suitable for a family , quiet, helpful staff, recommend for a friend

Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. I was on a business trip and didn't ventured along the tourist circuit, so no comments on that. The hotel is very close to Mega mall, where one can find all daily and one-off requirements under one roof. The only challenge I faced in this hotel was extremely limited options in lunch/dinner for vegetarian Indian palate. The menu is strongly customized in favor of Russian tourists, which is perhaps the mainstay at this hotel. Anyways, in the surrounding market there are many Indian/Pakistani restaurants to explore and I would particularly recommend lunch buffet at Dwarka (a vegetarian's ecstasy, miss at your own peril).
