The beds were comfortable.
There was MOLD on the bed side. The floors were so nasty and dirty that my white socks turn black and I have to give my child a bath due to the amount of filth on the floor. I requested a small bed for my child and when we went to check in I was asked if I still wanted the little bed and told her no it was fine and she laughed and said “good because we don’t have any available” why even ask if I want it?
Food was close and laundry was on site and staff was very kind and couteous.
It was farther from my work than I thought it was
It’s in a great location, clean. I like that it’s equipped with a stove and full sized refrigerator
We were told to come get and change our own bedding, we had to take out our own trash with a 3-night stay. The pillows are thin and hard

Only 2 towels and wash cloths where provided and the front desk no one was available to provide more

No breakfast, no coffee pot, no ice , hard to get a wheelchair in the building, bed very uncomfortable, damaged furniture, mold and mildew, was not able to stay my full reservation because of the bed so I missed the rest of my 3 day meeting I was very excited for, what a very disappointing experience. Missing cabinet doors.

I liked that the room was clean and the a key card is required to enter the interior of the building.
The beds were stiff and uncomfortable. We actually didn't stay for the night. It was too uncomfortable to sleep. The cabinets in the room had no doors and the half the lights didn't work. Plus, the receptionist did not stand when checking us in. It's polite and good customer service to stand when greeting patrons.

This place was sickening filthy. My dog kennel is cleaner than that place.

Bed was filthy. Thick Soap scum on bathtub.
Thick filth on refrigerator door handles. Food all over cabinets doors.floors have not been cleaned. Bed was disgusting, human hair and the mattress was nasty. We left and got another place to stay.
It was extremely clean, smelling of bleach in the room which I love! It was well lit and decorated, and the location is close to everything. Oh and the fire alarm is definitely state of the art lol
The staff was extremely rude and condescending (only Saturday evening and night, not when we left tho) wouldn't give even one extra pillow we only had 2 that were completely flat. Before that the woman wouldnt let my man back in the door literally 2mins after we checked in because I had the key and he didnt, even when someone else was holding the door for him. Our rooms cabinets had no doors
