I arrived in the morning after an overnight flight, planning to drop off my luggage, charge my phone, and wait for the 2:00 PM check-in; however, while I was charging my phone, they treated me to coffee and checked me in right away! It was a wonderful surprise, and I am so grateful for such great service.

I lowered my rating slightly only because I was confused about the spa—it was listed in the hotel description, yet the reception staff didn't provide any information or recommendations regarding a visit.
Excellent varieties of food… olives, various types of cheeses, fruit varieties! And the fact that they kept replenishing them as more guests came to eat…delicious and tasty!
The hotel was central to all attractions. The rooms were clean and breakfast was spot on. Exceptional customer service especially from Mehmet who catered to all our needs,even taking our luggage to the end of the street when there was a road closure.

Hotel molto confortevole, oltre ad averci trattato benissimo ci hanno suggerito degli ottimi consigli su come visitate la città, il personale sempre gentile e cortese, alla reception il sig. Arslan ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra, inoltre il ristorante dell'hotel è un ottimo posto per cenare in tranquillita.
La mia esperienza in questo hotel ha soddisfatto tutte le aspettative, si trova in una ottima posizione, lo consiglio.
Very good location, walking-distance most of the main attractions in Istanbul and attention from the staff was superb. Also the breakfast provided was excellent and with plenty of options to choose.
