Lovely hotel, lovely room, the breakfast and restaurant served delicious food, the hotel was situated in the perfect location for all the main sights, lovely atmosphere, the staff were very friendly, polite, helpful and kind, especially Arslan on reception an amazing, wonderful person, would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Pros:

Lo mejor sin duda la ubicación, bastante privilegiada.
El restaurante que está justo al lado, muy bueno y además muy amables, relación calidad/precio recomiendo 100%
Hotel muy limpio, todo correcto y además parte del personal era encantador (otra parte no tanto)

Cons:

Por partes:
- contrate una habitación doble superior con vistas… me dieron un primero que daba a un patio interior en el cual solo ves un muro y un tubo de ventilación…
- reservé spa… no apuntaron la reserva y cuando bajé no estaban listos para darnos el masaje (spa y baño turco un tanto cutre)
- desayuno… ñe, no voy a decir que es lamentable pero bastante escueto
- la educación de algunos recepcionistas brilla por su ausencia, sin embargo había un chaval (no recuerdo el nombre) encantador
- el grifo del lavabo del baño funcionaba mal, solo iba el agua caliente (hirviendo)
- Ruido, la habitación contactaba con otra al lado y se escuchaba absolutamente todo
- los albornoces que se supone que incluye, gracias a la mujer de la limpieza que era un encanto, si no tampoco…
En general mala organización o coordinación del hotel con algunos de los detalles que marcan la diferencia

Good location and clean rooms, overall just an average stay
Pros:

Our stay here was overall okay. The biggest plus is definitely the location — right in the city center, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the tram station just a 5-minute walk away, which made getting around really easy.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help when we needed something, which we appreciated.

The hotel itself (and the rooms) feel quite old, but everything was clean, so it was still comfortable enough for a short stay.

Cons:

The only downside for us was the breakfast. There was food available, but the choice was quite limited, and sometimes it didn’t seem very fresh.
