Staff very friendly and attentive
The hotel enjoys an exceptional location, just a few minutes' walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, making it an ideal base for exploring the historic heart of Istanbul. The staff are exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to assist with a warm and professional attitude. The rooms are remarkably quiet and peaceful, despite the hotel being surrounded by restaurants and lively streets.
The room was rather small. The hotel would benefit from some refurbishment, as certain details in the room and bathroom could be updated and better maintained. The sweet breakfast selection could also receive more attention: pastries such as croissants and chocolate-filled pastries are served later, while the quality of the hot beverages could be improved. These are relatively minor points, but addressing them would make the overall experience even more enjoyable.
Der Service ist einfach sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker und alles war frisch. Die Lage ist TOP. Sehr viele Cafe und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Man ist 5 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter le centre historique, ,la chambre est très propre et le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le personnel est gentil et attentionné. Un grand merci à Aykut et Arslal.
Le service de restauration est varié et très correct.
Le seul bémol c'est la taille de la chambre et par moments des remontés d'odeur de friture, peut-être à travers de la climatisation.
El hotel es muy céntrico, se puede ir andando a todas partes. Limpian todos los días, te dan 2 botellas de agua cada día, el desayuno es variado. Lo mejor son los trabajadores, son muy atentos y te reciben genial, a destacar Arstan y Yunus en recepción. Lo recomiendo mucho. Muchas gracias por vuestra atención!!
Es tan céntrico que vas a necesitar tapones para dormir, hay una llamada al rezo de madrugada, aunque después de unas noches te acostumbras (te va a pasar en cualquier hotel céntrico).

I had a wonderful stay at Antusa Palace Hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and many great restaurants and cafés, making it the perfect base for exploring Istanbul.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh food each morning, and the overall service exceeded my expectations.
I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend Antusa Palace Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with outstanding hospitality in Istanbul.
The only minor issue I noticed was that the bathroom floor could become a little slippery when wet, but otherwise everything about my stay was excellent.

При напускането на хотела платих с дебитна карта поисканата от рецепциониста сума.Той заяви,че нямам какво друго да дължа на хотела.След вяколко дни от Вашата платформа Booking.com са ми изтеглили същата сума от същата дебитна карта на Уникредит булбанк. Можете ли да направите проверка и да ми възстановите сумата? Същата заявка дадох в Уникредит булбанк.
