booking.com should provide more details room type deluxe room upto 3rd floor,super deluxe 4th onward
Pros:

location was excellent , manager Ramji was too good , used to resolve everything we asked . recommend for room 404, 504 , 604 , 704 where u can view both lake from sides and mountain at back

Wonderful, perfect & fully satisfied.
Pros:

Overall perfect everything. Location wonderful without single doubt. Laundry service nearby. Nice Mountain view is superb.
Transportation available nearby. perfect.

Cons:

I have nothings to say but even Europeans showing cheap attitudes around I don't feel good. all human beings are equal & i don't treat them as they are special.

We loved our stay and would definintely recommend.
Pros:

The locations was fantastic, close to lakeside, restaurants and shops, but up a side street so were removed from any noise. Our room had large windows overlooking Pokhara and the mountains - beautiful.
The manager was always available when we wanted advice, cars booked etc.

Cons:

Block out curtains would have been nice as were waking up at 4.30am

I had a great stay!
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was good enough to start the day right, with decent variety and quality. The location was superb—close to everything and very convenient for getting around. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the money.
