Nice stay while searching for bioluminescence!
Pros:

Great location, beautiful hotel, great pool and breakfast. The breakfast staff are wonderful and made me smile.

Cons:

Parking is a bit confusing but it worked out.

Pros:

The hotel is truly beautiful, the pool is refreshing, the views are amazing, the attention by the personnel feels like family and they really try to take care of you. The drinks were also great, really liked our stay here it’s super relaxing.

Cons:

Please have doors in the bathroom! It’s so uncomfortable to try to poop with your significant other smelling everything from the bed right next to the bathroom!!

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with lovely common spaces, perfect pool, comfortable and cool room. Breakfast was included in the price and included a drink (coffee, tea or juice) and an entree that was made to order. Location was excellent, walking distance from ample restaurants/bars and just across the street from the boat docks for the bio bay. All staff were friendly and helpful. Free off street parking also appreciated.

El personal del restaurante Brújula fue poco atento mi última día de estancia, fui a la hora del desayuno y las meseras fueron un poco antipáticas. Nos pasaban por el lado en la mesa y ni nos miraban, tuvimos que pedirle servilletas el café y una bebida ya que no nos ofrecieron nada. El estacionamiento muy incómodo

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal größtenteils sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die ständige Musikbeschallung, am Sonntag mit Discjockey und so lauter Musik daß man sich weder unterhalten konnte, noch sich auf ein Buch konzentrieren. Es ging nur mit Ohrstöpsel einigermaßen. Restaurants in der Gegend gab es wenige.

The best hotel we stayed at during our 10 days of touring Puerto Rico
Pros:

The restaurant in this hotel was very good. The staff was superb and very accommodating. We had checked out in the morning but after kayaking for our last time before driving back to San Juan the front desk staff let us shower off in the outdoor pool shower before driving away. It’s like because we were a guest they still cared about us.

Cons:

One restaurant staff member in the morning was very disruptive.
