Заказала комнату на 3 взрослых,оплатила,в гостинице хаставили заплатить за дополнительнцю кровать 123 лари за ночь...когда я получила ок. От booking об этом ничего не говорили..в итоге я заплатила дополнительно еще за одну котнату 1000 лари и за первую ночь 123 лари за дополнительную кровать на которой нельзя было спать...прошу booking компенсировать мне мои деньги. Во вторых в последний вечер из моей комнаты вынесли продуктов на сумму 500 лари...на мой вопрос гле мои продукты и почему их забрали с моей комнаты которую я оплатила еще на сутки мне так и не ответили..только после того что я сказала что вызываю полицию мне все вернули..никто даже не извенился..я в шоке...буду писать в министерство туризма Грузии

Недалеко от аэропорта.

Cons:

Начнем с того, что это отель 5 звезд и ожидания от него соответствующие. Если бы это было 5 звезд, то вопросов бы не было совсем.
При заезде никто не встречал, не помогли отвезти вещи в номер.
Пока шла регистрация менеджер на стойке ни разу не поднял лицо от компьютера.
Все грязное, потертое, заляпанное. В ванной брезгуешь прикасаться ко всем поверхностям.
Мягкие ковры в ресторане все в пятнах. Смотрится ужасно.
Батарейка в пульте телевизора не работала. Чтобы выключить телевизор пришлось вытаскивать шнур из розетки.
В коридоре часами стоит выставленная за дверь грязная посуда.

I HATED THIS HOTEL.

Cons:

I booked the hotel through booking.com with two adults and one child (my 14-year-old daughter). The booking.com reservation stated there would be an extra double bed. Upon arrival, we found the room had two single beds. The male receptionist insisted on paying over 1000 lari for a third bed. I argued with him, and he reluctantly provided a third makeshift bed. I slept on that bed, which felt like a plank of wood, for four nights. The hotel advertised a spa on booking.com. The pool is over 100 meters away. There's only one swimming pool. The so-called spa is a small children's pool with no hot water. They call it a jacuzzi, but it's just two small holes trying to spray water that doesn't flow. That was the biggest rip-off. I booked thinking it would have a spa with hot water. The hotel deceived me with misleading advertising. I'm currently filing a complaint with the Georgian Consumer Rights Association. The electrical outlets didn't work the first night. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00 PM. Technicians came and went from the room. They didn't check everything beforehand. The bedspread was bloody. It was filthy. The hotel staff were rude, especially the cleaning ladies. When you ask for something, they respond loudly and scoldingly in their own language. The hotel is half an hour away from the city center. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE SPA AND EXPECT A HOT WATER THERMAL HOTEL. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL.
