Pros:

Very worn and old decoration needs a huge revamp should be a 2 star not 4 nice pool but very cold staff were friendly

Okay but needs improvement
Pros:

I wasn't all that impressed but the rooms were huge with very few windows. My room had two bathrooms which seemed unnessesary but only one had water. There was no wifi in the rooms and my ac was set so low that the bed was slightly damp. I asked to get breakfast a few minutes before 7 so I got a box at 6:55...really thought they would try to have breakfast up and running by 6:50 for me but they weren't all that concerned with the fact that I was in a hurry. I stayed here to be close to the airport but because of traffic I would have been better off staying downtown.

If you don't mind a damp room it should be okay
Pros:

Room was damp. One wall would routinely have rivulets coming down it. The staff had all sorts of reasons about it being hot outside, etc, but I've never encountered that in years of visitng the Middle East.

Also, be prepared for reception to ring you after 10 pm because someone else didn't tell you that you owed 6 Dhs (£1.25 or $1.63) for laundry. In other hotels, you'd get a bill at the end with that sort of thing.

Have your booking details handy when you arrive; they couldn't find mine on the computer.

If they're not careful, they'll make the claim that this is a world class hotel look a bit ambitious.
