A great location, super clean and friendly! The grounds were pretty, I'd give it a B
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were so clean we actually put our stuff in the drawers! They were always happy to bring clean towels, coffee pods, David, the manager, was always helpful and knew great info about the area. It was close to a lot of places and about a 15 minute walk from the boardwalk and beach.

Cons:

Ok, the bed was very lightweight. Every time we went to sit on it, ( I am abt 160lbs) it would move at least 6 inches. It was common to have to move the bed a couple of feet daily so I could comfortably get out on my side. The mattress would also move on the bed if the bed didn't move. It wasn't a deal breaker, but it was constantly annoying.
I also wish the pool had been open later. Although I understood why, 7pm Sun-Thurs was awfully early when the surrounding pools were open till at least 9pm. Fri and Sat it was open till 9 and that was better.

The property is very well situated right in the heart of treasure Island where you can park your car at the hotel and walk to pretty much anything that you need within 10 to 15 minutes Max the beach is right across the road and the property itself is well-maintained. The rooms are clean and it’s one of my favorite places to stay on the whole of the key from Clearwater down to Passa grill. The manager David is exceptional and Justin is very helpful. All of the staff are very friendly and I would highly recommend staying here.

Pros:

Muy cerca de la playa. La cocina estaba bien. En general las instalaciones eran adecuadas. Muy atento el personal. Buena relacion precio calidad

Cons:

Las cortinas no cerraban bien y dejaban pasar demasiada luz. La valilla es muy mejorable. Faltan lugares de guardado.

It has garden vibes, with great little sitting area to observe the canal and a lovely pool area.

Cons:

A little more shade for days you’re not at the beach and want to enjoy the garden area. Maybe some sails or bigger beach umbrellas.
