am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the lack of heat in Room 130 during my stay from Monday night through Friday.
Upon arrival Monday evening, I discovered that the heat in the room was not functioning. The temperature was extremely uncomfortable, and I had to sit in my truck to warm up before attempting to sleep. I had to be up at 5:00 a.m. for work, which made the situation even more frustrating.
I reported the issue to the front desk Tuesday morning and was told that someone would look at it and that it would be fixed. I work 12–14 hour shifts, so when I returned later that evening, the front desk was already closed. The following day, I called again and was informed that no work order had been submitted. I was told it was too late to address it that day, but someone would come out the next day. I was also offered a room change at that time.
By Thursday evening, the issue still had not been resolved. My checkout date was Friday, meaning I stayed Monday through Friday without heat in the room. Due to the ongoing issue, I had to purchase additional blankets from the nearby Walmart just to remain comfortable.
This situation was highly inconvenient and disappointing, especially considering I was in town for work and needed proper rest after long shifts. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and an appropriate resolution being considered.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. That was it as far as the positives go for this hotel!!!
This was the dingiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The furniture is falling apart. The chairs were dirty and had stains. The bath towels were extremely small and one of the towel looked like it had a blood stain on it. The whole 4th floor smells like marijuana. That’s all you can smell once the elevator opened in the 4th floor. The whole stay all I could smell was weed!!! There’s no breakfast. There are pop tarts and Chef Boy R.D. lasagna cups in a vending machine 😂😂😂 This was definitely a jenky ass hotel and seemed more like a motel than a “suite”. It’s nowhere near a suite room. This by far was my worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!!! The card scanners for the main door and hotel door barely worked and we had to have both cards reprogrammed. The room didn’t have a lamp or a coffee maker. The hangers were plastic and looked like dollar general hangers. The bed frames weren’t even centered with the headboards. I had to scoot the right bed over 6 inches.

The Staff, the hotel room and the owner Michael. Before I come to the hotel I called and spoke with Valerie about the policies with payments and deposits. She gave me so much different information then what the policies were. She told me that if I book directly through them then the incidental fee would be cheaper than the 3rd party. Expedia is the one 3rd party that charges an incidental fee. Once I got there my a/c wasn’t working and it smelled like an electrical issue was going on in my room. I kindly asked if I could go into another room in which she had to convince the owner that my room was not sufficient and then she moved me to another room. Once I got moved in with my Son, I saw a roach running around the room and it smelled like mildew. Now I was alittle concerned about our safety and health due to everything bout I was willing to give it a shot since we moved out and into to this place. The next day I get a knock on the door at 10:00 am from the front desk receptionist asking if I was checking out. I told her I have a reservation for another day that I paid for and she told me I need to come down and do an incidental fee. I asked her to call the boss in order to get things straight because I have been told several things since before I checked in. The owner Michael solution was to tell me “ I don’t want you to stay at my hotel. You can come get your stuff and leave.” By the time I got to the hotel he had one of the maids attempting to move my stuff out. I could not believe it. I have never been treated like that especially when I’m spending my money and have a child along side of me. I could see if I was rude, disrespectful or causing issues but that was not even the case. Michael is a horrible person. They are even doing funny things with the money because when I was told from Valerie that I can book directly through them and not pay any extra fees, when I go to pay for another night their system at the hotel was charging me more then the reservation on the woodspring website. Michael is crooked and I would not stay here. You are treated like your nothing because he has money and owner a few hotels so he thinks he is better than his customers. I would not support him and his business. Even if your desperate. Just go to the MyPlace hotel across from them. You will be treated way better. Please don’t stay here!!! Not an angry customer just a mistreated one.
This suite was fantastic, the staff were wonderful and extremely accommodating. The rooms were cozy, affordable and convenient. I stayed for 2 weeks and had 0 issues with the property. Having a stove and basically a home away from home was really nice. If you’re a smoker you’ll definitely enjoy the 4th floor. Laundry is coin based and is only $2 per wash/dry.

If you’re looking for a wonderful extended day hotel, you need to book into Woodsrings in Gardner North Carolina. They are wonderful. I have been in my suite since July they are wonderful. They have wonderful staff wonderful maintenance wonderful desk, clerks, and Lord the housekeeping is great you need something you go to that desk or just pick up your phone and dial the office they will take care of you. They will make sure you have everything you need that is qualified at their attendance date hotel they have been wonderful to me and my family. I could not have asked for a better place to stay if I could give a five star to this hotel I would because it is wonderful. It’s been the best extended-stay hotel. I have been in in the last 10 years of traveling with my husband‘s Job if you’re looking for a place that’s nice and well cap come here to the woodsprigs extend this day in Garne ris located at 142 Cleveland Crossing Dr., GarnerNC. if you like a clean room with your privacy, you’ll love this hotel. I do believe you will enjoy it as much as I do.
Easy access
There’s a strong food smell in the hotel room—it’s unpleasant.
The room was musty, the AC was not running, it barely worked, i killed or saw 4 cockroaches, which i called and complained about, i requested a new room or to cancel my stay, the front desk said they would ask the property manager and i never got a response. Something bit me that caused a bump to form and has not healed at all on my face.
Nothing was done to compensate me or make things right and i was never contacted from the management.
