Value for money, good for a quick overnight stay but not the place if you like peace and quiet.
Pros:

The staff are lovely, the room was small but clean and genuinely exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

It’s part of the local watering hole and subject to drunk and unruly guests. Unfortunately during our stay, there was a domestic that awoke us around 2am. This latest well over 2hrs and while it was taken care of by the hotel, it put a dampener on our experience.

Cons:

Air conditioner was leaking and we had to use the rubbish bin for the leaking water .
The Lino floor in the kitchen was sticky even after being mopped
The doors were not sealed and insects and cigarette smell was constant
The en-suite sliding door did not provide appropriate privacy or close properly

Great service great food I live in tin can bay, mum and I will be back next year same time 😊
Pros:

Staff where absolutely amazing the service outstanding , Mum and I had the $10 breakfast on Sunday beautifully presented and delicious

Cons:

There was a fight between 2 guys. In the beer garden. One of the guys jumped into his car he was intoxicated he lost control of the car lucky nobody was hurt. This was at 5 o’clock in the afternoon, a staff member came over to see if we were ok. Nice young guy.

Overpriced shabby
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the air con worked

Cons:

Poor value. Charged top dollar for basic shabby motel room. Broken tiles in the shower. Holes stuffed with toilet paper in the door. Paint work worn.
